Hi Seniors,

Firstly, let me start by thanking you guys for the great work and advise which is being shared on this forum. It is absolutely indispensable.

This is my first year when I am applying and I am really lost and feel that this place can show me the guiding light!!

Now to my query?

1. I have a 4 years experience in the media/advertising feild which qualifies for NOC 1123, but I also have a years experience with a bank for sales of its financial products.. Can that be added to this NOC too?? As this was sales..

2. I have a gap of 1n half year in my career as I was doing my own business then.. How do i showcase or justify that??

3. Lastly, according to your collective experience how soon do you think NOC 1123 will cap out??

1) on the economic form my occupation cannot fit into the space provided, and neither can all my duties, can i therefore just list until i run out of space or write please see attached document and just create a table in word or excel where i can fit everything in? (Also, can I do this for all forms)

2) the part with education elementary/primary, do i start with my very first school or at the primary school level?

3) Can i just list back my job duties word for word as they appear on my job letter?

4) While fulling out the generic when i click no the areas turned grey, do i have to write N/A or is it ok to leave it empty?

Last week i received email from WES asking for my high school marksheet and certificate? I'm having my 4 yrs bachelors degree evaluated from them.
1) Does anyone also received any email from WES asking for such documents?

2)Can i send them Notarized photocopies of my High school certificate and marksheet , does it works fine because they asked me to send the photocopy attested by the appropriate Examination board.


The mail i received from WES:-

We have received your application for credential evaluation and carefully reviewed your documents. In order to prepare a complete and accurate evaluation, we require the items listed below. The evaluation will be placed on hold until all requested documents have been received.

Statement of Marks or Certificate of Examination issued by the appropriate Examination Board
e.g. Higher Secondary Certificate, All India Senior School Certificate, Intermediate Public Examination Certificate, or any other 10+2 certificate awarded upon completion of higher or intermediate secondary education

Request for your Statement of Marks or Certificate of Examination to be sent directly to WES by the appropriate Examination Board.
- OR -
You may have photocopies of your original documents attested and dated by the appropriate Examination Board. Please request for the attested photocopies to be placed in an official sealed envelope and have the envelope returned to you to forward to WES.
NOTE: College issued mark sheets will NOT be accepted. Documents must be issued and attested by the appropriate Examination Board

Hi, as they have requested for attestation from appropriate examination board, you must comply with the same.

Notarization of educational documents will not serve the purpose.

Try to get it attested from the relevant examination board of your country.

Supplementary Information-Your travels.

1. a. I have mentioned the travels starting from the beginning of year 2005 (as it's says last 10 year).
Some saying recent travels should go first than earliest.
Is it ok the way I have done mine?

I am a single person applying so in rest of the form I mentioned N/A. Hope that is also ok.. :/

You can start with earliest . No problem with that.

Type N/A in the boxes.

Could you help me with the following

1. Do I need to notarize the photo copies? I have all English documents . I see most of the consultants here do notarize the document before they submit. Let me know your thoughts
As long as the documents are not translated(from other language to English), you are good to go with only photocopies.

2: Can I use Standard Chartered or Citi Bank credit card. most of the credit card in Indian requires a Phone Pin Verification. Anybody applied in new Delhi could comment on this?
Leave this to the Indian seniors.


3: When is the last credit card swipe for 2281 , Network technician ? Let me know if any of you monitors it.
Per my understanding, a Chinese applicant's cc was charged yesterday. His application was received on May 6th.

And for ur spouse or child portion u can check "DID NOT TRAVEL"


U can use FOXIT Reader to fill it up and save on the computer ...

Hi brother, can't thank you enough for your kind help to us all.
I am filling my forms and seek your help to confirm if "Provide the details of your personal history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent" in the guide means just past 10 years (and even in other fields like "past travel" requiring similar data) if I am 33 years old.
I surely don't have to key in details since I was 18?
I request your kind help since the forum seems to have divided opinion on this matter.

10 years mean 10 years in duration. From 2005 to till date, it is 9 years 6 month.

on the supplementary travels form when i list my travels (applying single) can i use the rest of the page to list the rest of my travels and run a line through spouse and in"My" travels or where the space is full for mine, i continue it on a separate sheet of paper?

1. Write with Pen your occupation title if its long. Yes you can type please see attached document and list the duties on a separate form . Be sure to type your full name, title of the form , number of question being answered on top and sign +date at the bottom

2.You can start with your highest level of education first or vice versa. There is no clear indication about it but the next question(personal history) mentions "start with recent information"

3. Yes

4.You can leave it empty

Hi experts. Looking at CC being charged of fellow members, i am getting a bit tensed as i am yet to submit my application

I got a quick query.
I have worked for 3 companies in the past 6 years.

Company 1 - does not exist. (I have the relieving letter which says the period of my stay with the company. I have a soft copy of the offer letter or probably might not have it only) Please advise.

Company 2 - Exist but a small company with only 4 people. Mostly the promoter would reject my request. Please advise what should i do.

Company 3 - current - I cannot approach HR or my supervisor to sign off on the letter. I can get a colleague to do it on companies letter head. Is it mandatory to get this from someone you report or HR? Please advise.

Re-posting the question:

My POF requirement is $11824.

I have the balance split into 2 accounts - lets say $8000 in one and $4000 in the other.

If I file the application on July 1st - can the balance in these 2 A/C's never fall below the given amounts for the entire period during which my application is under processing with the CIC ? If yes - can further deposits and withdrawal be made as long as the amounts do not fall below $8000 and $4000 respectively ?

OR - are any sort of future transactions (debit mostly) prohibited from these 2 accounts for the entire period during which my application is under processing with the CIC ? One of them is a Salary account so that's definitely not happening.

Please advise.
