Put this inside a small envelope. Last year when I got my file back, CIO put my pictures into small and cute envelope - I reuse that this year ;D ;D ;D .

my friend, dont worry, to my understanding, this chunk of last year applicants will end by 10th May, i think they would hit around 300 by then, after that people who are applying this year will come into picture, i dont expect them to hit count of 100-150 (max) each week. Rest the almighty is way big then our tiny minds. so keep faith, the creator has something in store for everyone

Urgent experts advice needed...

Experts I need your advice. I'm work as a MIS Incharge which is a business analyst related position. I want to apply under 2171. Following is my duties:

• Identify, analyze and document user requirements for systems like - Competitors Advertisement Tracking System (CATS), Advertisement Booking and Order Management System (ABOM) and Circulation Management System (CMS) and suggest implementation plans
• Make Liaison between IT/ERP department with the business departments to ensure that the organization's computerized systems (i.e. CATS, ABOM, CMS, AccPac etc.) are developed, managed and updated properly
• Develop and design different types of regular and customized reports for top management, circulation, advertisement, online, feature and news departments on weekly and monthly basis
• Gather, research and analyze data to project newspaper sales and print advertisement market trends
• Advise staff and managers on methods of accessing information and to provide in-house training for them in use of MIS systems and other computerized systems as appropriate
• Monitor MIS projects development progress and prepare different technical reports and deliver presentations by tracking activity, resolving problems and recommending actions
• Work closely with circulation, advertisement other departments in addressing any issue pertaining to establishing system to generate, capture and measure information
• Design new and improve and integrate existing information systems to respond to the changing needs of the organization
• Participate and arrange cross-functional departmental meetings to identify and discuss information system related issues and suggest corrective actions
• Development and overall management of different MIS systems and Access & Excel based databases like – advertisement, circulation, most read news etc.
• Train, guide and monitor the activities of junior MIS executives to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in the departmental processes

Is the job description fully satisfy the NOC 2171 requirements (lead statement and main duties)? I'm ready with all the papers and just about to finalize this experience letter. Experts please advice and let me know for any corrective actions.

If you have not used company letter and used only simple print out then certainly you need to attach business card of your lead..
