Fix your country of origin and any travel even for 1 day away from your country of origin, you mention it.

I was confused how your package is returned so quickly. Last year CIC kept my package for a good 4 plus months (maybe 5, I am not recalling exactly how long) before they returned saying cap was full.

No. All you need is 67 to qualify. More points are of no use as far as I know

if you manage to send all docs soon.. it should take around 2 weeks after all docs hv reached ... but not sure exactly what is the situation now...

I have send my parcel through DHL INDIA and they helped me to get back my parcel to my friend who lives in Toronto so I will send the missing documents to him and he will send the same to CIO.

My guess is this is how long they take to return the package, although last year was probably an exception (I think there was a 5 week delay due to strike/ down-time at CIC's end or something of that sort).
