How much time after the Fee Encashed Date should we receive PER ?

Should we receive an e-mail from CIC/CIO or our Visa Office ?

CIC requirement is to include those transcripts & degrees which are evaluated and has been mentioned in equivalency report. It is also perfectly alright to have ECA done only for highest degree and include the transcript & degree for the same.

They asked to include all transcripts and certificates with the ECA report . you did not do that? i heard secondary school certificate can work as a reciprocal to birth certificate.

Reposting my query as above. Pls. note that I am not in Canada now so no way to cover remaining 15 days. Pls. guide / share experiences.

Can u please what make difference if u r in Canada or outside the canada....


Its the men requirement to be one full year...Its not mentioned anywhere to be counted partial (11.9/11.5 months)....

So better u wait and apply...other than this u dont have the eligibility.....

I hope u can understand the situation...and make urself a bit patient...

Since you didn't attach any written explanation, therefore it will depend on the VO. If he can easily figure out that this is your birth certificate, then you will sail through; else you may face problem.

I am the main applicant. I did not include the secondary school certificate as I have a canadian masters degree. I guess I am just left with crossing my fingers and praying ???

1. Is the 67 point mark evaluated in CIC office or in the local visa office after the file has been transferred?
2. What is the point for work experience of 5 1/2 years?

I guess ur PCC does not include the purpose of collecting PCC...

If ur PCC have not issued not more than three months, then u can submit it....

Indian PCC does include the information that it is being issued for which country.

However, I believe the applicant can get the one for Canada on the same day as all checks were already done for the AUS application within last 12 months.

Hey....I need help..... my first name is printed on the academic records whereas my name with surname is at my employment record..... what to do ? can i give affidavit that this is one and the same person..... Does CIC accept this ? if yes, whats the format ? please help.............

I hv shown funds INR 1280000(PF spouse)+226000(GPF self)+550000(Bank account) as against the requirement of CAD$22000 (App INR 1210000) settlement funds for four people.
Is these are sufficient?
How they will decide about convertibility and withdrawl capacity of funds in PF/GPF.
