Actually - if you read the detailed guide you'll see that CIC tells you not to stable. You should avoid staples completely. You also cannot user binders.

what would be the form with multiple pages? Shouldnt we staple?

what aboout photographs? with which doc should i have to add with paper clip?

if i dont add NID, then i have to give any supporting document?

Note that my NID number is also mentioned in my passport.

plz suggest

For Relationship in Canada section, I have sent copy of SSN card (instead of PR card) as proof of PR.

Will this be a major issue causing app rejection during eligibility check?
Or will this only lead to those 5 points not being included ?

Note : My points add up to 67 even without those 5 .

One other doubt...Have we had any rejections in the past due to POF. I have not included a document that indicates the liability that I owe to the bank..will this result in a rejection?

Same answer. You don't have to but it is good idea if you do so. ;D ;D ;D

Dear Bro,

If it ur bank docs (Cert/statements) does not have any trace for that liability, then it will lead to rejection in either way now....

But its alws better to reveal all the info regarding POF... :)

Good luck...

As far as my knowledge goes, you should not include SIN as this is a confidential number. If you observe, CIC suggests to black out the SIN number for previous T4s.

Just my thought...seniors may have other opinion!

Dear Rumel vai,

1. No u should not staple, just add with gems clip.
2. Just attach the photographs with immediate docs (like PCC) with the above process.
3. NO
4. Ur BD MRP PP does not mention NID directly....So its not clearly a right idea that MRP PP contain NID number on Bangladesh....

It States "PERSONAL NUMBER"..not NID Number...Although this number matches with the National ID. So people who does not matches or memorize his NID , he cant even recognize that his PP holds a similar number with National ID... :)

I studied 1 year in canada, i applied through consultant for student visa, now i want to ask do i need to mention some uci no or client id or any no which was issued to me at that time. ??

1. Never staple any forms and better none of the documents. Keep those unbound.

2. Get some small envelops. You can find in library near school where small view-card is sold. Buy the view cards with the envelope and use it. ;D ;D

3. Suggest to provide NID. If it is bothersome to translate, provide as it is as most of the required information is in English.

Dear Brother,

if u have assigned an UCI then mention that number only...nothing more is needed...:)

Friends,

For translation can any person knowledgable in English language other than family members do the translation and make affidavit in the presence of a notary ??

Is this process ok?

Century , I agree with you . NID should be provided . But not because our personal number on our passport is the same as NID number, only because it is a false information to click no on the NID section , because each and every Bangladeshi has a NID.

However I am finding the translation process very difficult. No one seems to know about this affidavit process as mentioned on the guide:

""An affidavit is a document on which the translator has sworn, in the presence of a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the translator is living, that the contents of their translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document""

In this case does it have to be a certified translator or any person knowledgeable in English language other than family members can do this affidavit in the presence of Notary and sign the affidavit?? is this ok ??

Please suggest
