Hi

In schedule three. Do we still tick the NO box for questions about spouse if u are single?

If no, should we write N/A inside the box after we printed the form?

Just tick NO.

Thanks a lot for this reply sir but for the Engg. degree do i need to collect transcript from university or just notarizing the marksheets will be enough for this ?

Since someone has informed me to get transcript in sealed envelope and forward to the WES for evaluation ?
You will need diploma from the University along wight the official transcripts that contains mark sheets. As per my understanding, the university can forward your document to WES. If you want to do so, it has to be sealed.

Is there such requirement that Demand Draft must be from the applicant name/account?

More opinions will be appreciated..

Is a College teacher's job also goes under noc 4011?
If I show I have worked in a college as a teacher for 6 months and than worked as a lecturer in a university for 3 year 8 month, So am I going to be able to claim experience for 4 years (adjusting both), means 13 points!?

Thanks abhi228. I would have felt more confident if you haven't been written 'I think'. I have 66 score, just 4 year experience can make it 68 (replacing 11 to 13 in work experience)

Yes I think you can..

Hi

When sending documents to CIO, should we put school transcripts in sealed envelops? Very thick, just want to put them in a simple way.

Yes, you need to put in all the documents related to your entire education.

Hi,

For proof of funds is it fine that I have $16,000 CAD bank fixed deposits, which are only a month old at the time of application?
Its enough for 2 people. CIC might ask for 6 months statement further down the processing lane.

No there is no such requirement

I think it goes under NOC 4021. And whole of your experience count as it falls under Skill Level A.

Does this have any impact on file.
Is der any option ?
Kind reply is needed .
Is that 2 years of continuous employment?
As long as you can show your timeline without any gaps in the Background Declaration pdf, you should be fine.

Hi,

I have some query related to maintaining funds in my account. I'm married and so i need to maintain a fund of $14,720 in my account, at present i do not have that, so can i
1) Open a joint account with my father and ask him to put money in that joint account. Is this acceptted by CIC?
2) How long i need to maintain that balance, throught the application process?

TIA
At least 6 months at the time when CIC asks for statements. CIC wants to be sure that you can cover your expenses as soon as you land in Canada
