Software Engineer cant be only developers Bro...But yes ur JD as per you have written are 40% Analyst 60% Software Engg...I will Suggest to check JD for Both roles in Some Canadian jobs website ..Its my personal Opinion ..I have done for mine ...As my roles were fitting into three NOCS

1) In case, If I choose NOC 2171 in the Schedule B (Q. 12a) and same NOC for 5 below listed jobs in (Q. 12b) - If VO officer thinks 2171 doesn't match my reference letters, what will be the outcome?

2) In case, If I choose NOC 2171 in the Schedule B (Q. 12a) and mention mix NOCs 2171 / 2173 in (Q. 12b) - If VO officer thinks 2171 doesn't match my reference letters, what will be the outcome?

Please request for the attested photocopies to be placed in an official sealed envelope and have the envelope returned to you to forward to WES." So only asked

So you may send the attested marksheets in a sealed envelope and your degree certificates in a single envelope.

As far as I can see in the Wikipedia, it says you can withdraw the money only after 2 months of quitting your current job.

There is a typo in my wife's birth certificate. Her mother's name is spelled with an 'i' instead of 'ee'. Is this a potential cause for rejection? Should i mention this in my cover letter?

2174 is amongst the hottest NOCs this year, so on cannot be sure if it'll last till that time. I'll suggest also look for any alternate NOC just in case your job duties match another one for IT such as 2173,2172, 2171 etc..

I have similar question like above> I just started my process and planning to book IELTS and gathering Docs, I'm applying under 2173 > problem is I still need time to collect my transcripts from my UNI, it will take at least 2 weeks so, I'm only be able to send those to WES by June 5th > will it be ok if I send on that time will I be having enough time

Normally how much time WES will take to reply?

Please suggest me weather to go ahead or not.

On Form IMM 5669 - Sch A Background Declaration, Q 5 with respect to Personal details of Mother.

Form asks to provide " Family name at birth " of mother.

What shall I put current family name ?

Experts advice please.

1)Send it saparately.
WES needs to believe the sealed envelope came directly from your academic institution.You were just lucky to get it from your school so dont implicate yourself.Sealed envelope from school should be sent separately.
2.Photocopy of your degree certificate and proof of payment (optional) should be sent separately...this is assumed to come from you.

I don't think there is any requirement from WES that says that the transcript should come directly from university. As long as the transcripts are in University sealed envelope, the candidate can collect the sealed envelope from University and courier to WES.

Better Late than never. You can never know when the cap is reached until it is reached....you could be the lucky 1000th candidate as well, nobody knows. Please push your UNI to give you the docs in 2 weeks, I am worried there may be a delay there.
WES you can estimate 15~20 days to get an ECA done and delivered via express courier service. I am not sure if they can do it faster, but they mention FSW14 application to take 10 days.

Book the IELTS immediately, try to get one at an earlier date even if not in your city, as IELTS would require atleast 13 days to give you a result.

Your mother's family name at birth is her maiden name....her surname before she married your DAD.
