Guys,

I visited Dubai on tourist visa in 2012 for 21 days.I had taken leave from my company.

Do i need to mention this travel in personal history section in Backgroung declaration form? However I am mentioning this trip in Supp. travel form....

In the Generic Application Form,
Q 4 Immigration Office requested for processing this application is

Centralized Intake Office – Federal Skilled Worker (FSW)
P.O. BOX 7500
Sydney, NS B1P 0A9
Canada

RIGHT???

Re: FSW 2014 WHAT IS THE EXACT CAP on NOCs?

Is it so?
Then Hot NOCs fill first
And other NOCs suffer?
Are you really sure?

Hi Champion Members,
Asif_eee, Mute_Man, Etc,
Please comment on this NOC Caps analysis..

Yes. And NOCs that weren't on the 2013 eligible list suffer because many who may were rejected last year due to the cap have nearly completed applications ready to send.

Hi,

I am giving my wifes documents for WES, Should I make the application in her maiden surname name (name before marraige) or her existing surname (after marraige)
WES mentions that it will issue credential report in the name which appears on the marksheets.

Thanks

You need to provide the new name and provide evidence of name change like Marriage certificate(stamped by the marriage officer/government). This will only suffice if the Surname has changed. If after marriage, your spouse changes her first name, then you need to provide additional documentation(Name change decree issued by the courts)

If my country of origin is the Czech Republic but I'm currently studying in Canada (Toronto) and applying from here then what is my "Immigration Office" Question 4 in Generic form?

Thank you

Applicants for Permanent Residence

You must select the visa office that serves your country of nationality or the country where you have been legally admitted for at least one year.

As per David Cohens email today, you can apply for multiple NOC, but its two separate applications with two fees. This also means two ECA reports, PCC etc.

Vancouver BC
Does the place make any difference to the outcome of application?

Where are you from?

I wondered whether destination will make a difference. Some other programs have geographic preferences that try to get skilled people or investment into under-served areas. Such as the BC PNP program, you can invest less money if you live outside the Vancouver/Abbotsford metro area between landing and PR issuance.

I have not mention foreign travel there. I mention is at Supp. travel form.

5. Multiple applications may be accepted

If an individual has a year or more of work experience in more than one eligible occupation, he or she may apply to the FSW program under each occupation. Generally speaking, applicants may apply as many times as they like, under the same program or multiple programs. However, they must pay a separate application fee for each application.

Yes, the place MIGHT also makes difference to the outcome. People might ignore it, but its the fact.

1) Living expense you can fund yourself with based on the region.

2) No one would like a concentration of immigrants just in Toronto or Calgary if Canada is such a huge place..

Vancouver BC is a good choice.

If what you are saying is true then Vancouver doesn't seem like a great choice. There's a reason it is nicknamed "Hongcouver." It's full of Chinese, and lots of Indians too. I don't mean to say that's bad, but if they really are thinking not to let huge immigrant concentrations build up in particular cities or single groups begin dominating certain cities then Vancouver would probably be on the watch list. Just my opinion.

So do I understand it correctly that I have been legally admitted in Canada since I study here, therefore my Immigration office will be which one?

Thank you
