I had two IELTS Results(July 2013 and Feb 2014), Feb 2014 result I already use to apply in Quebec as principal applicant while other July 2013 is also valid could I use to send it for Federal or retake IELTS to get lastest one.

you just write on you detail nomination on 10 jul 2013 and aor received in august, can you tell me what is nomination and aor, and please also guide me when AOR received after background check or before.

Prashant 2132 will take atleast 3 months to fill...dont worry....just get ur file double checked before sending...best of luck...i have also sent my file yesterday in 2132

Yes you can apply with it till its valid and not crossed expiry date of 2 years

right said...even u cannot just copy paste and edit it and send......they can catch it easily and u go straight for rejection. also one thing is true that one cannot perform all the duties mentioned in the noc.......its impossible. they have mentioned it just to get an idea for u that u can apply under specific noc or not. if ur job duties don't even match exactly but match nearly to any noc then u can apply under that and must write only those duties which u performed at ur job. copy pasting, editing, modifying is not safe to do.

Nope u can use the Jul 2013 IELTS score..no problem..

Just in addition, why dont u take another Copy of IELTS of 2014?

Hello All,

I am able to get "Reference of letter" from all of my previous employers. But as per policies of my current company they do not issue "letter of reference" to their current employees. Though they will issue me a Bonafide letter of company letterhead mentioning my date of joining, title, purpose of letter as "Immigration related" and m currently associated with company. Also, i have offer letter and increment letter of current company. Will that be sufficient to show work experience in my current company?

Now as I have Saving account formal statement how i can show the conversion of local currency to CAD?

Its not mandatory to show currency in CAD.

But you can still convert that in CAD considering your exchange rate.
Please get the letter from the bank in letterhead showing your bank details and conversion in the current exchange rate. Get the stamp and signed from manager. Would be fine....

I am expecting to get point for adaptability. I have a sister who is Canadian PR holder. I will show her PR card, or birth certificate to prove our common parent but proof of residency is requiring so many documents---lease agreement, employer's letter, monthly bill, bank statement, recent notice of assessment from Canada revenue agency!
She have 2 very small kinds and she doesn't get to work outside, she gets child benefit though.
Other than bank statement and monthly bill if I show the document of child benefit she receives will that be enough?

And as per other members estimate end of may would be deadline for CAP for NOC 2174...

Can anyone throw light on It.....!!!!
