I have 2 IELTS done one in May 13 and another Aug 13. I have more score May13. Can I use May 13 IELTS or I have to use latest which is Aug13.
Kindly advice..

The only requisition is 2 years valid IELTS score. If you have more, that would be wonderful. Use any of them granting you enough points.

Step by step approach. Also note you will require PCC from any country where you live continously 6 month or more.

PCC from China is definetly required, for Qatar you have to check exact date if these are more than full 6 months u need it from Qatar as well if even 1 day less not required, no need for UAE.

You can contact China & Qatar (if required) embassies/counslates for the purpose.

Note that u need not to send PCC right now, submit application and then apply for PCC.

Now, I'm stuck at "Schedule A – Background/Declaration - IMM5669E" form. Hoping you could help me out.

Question 7) Education [I have done 12th (non-med) & then 4 years B.E.(computer)]
Give the number of years of school you successfully completed for each of the following levels of education.
Elementary/ primary school -> Do I need to fill something here?
Secondary/high school -> I have filled 12, is that correct?
University/college -> 4

In the details box (FROM-TO). Apart from from bachelor's, do I need to fill 10th as well as 12th or only the 12th grade details? Plus what should I fill in the type & field of study here? & boxes are again not accommodating the longer text, so should I use abbreviations? like B.E. instead of Bachelor of Engineering?


Question 8 ) Personal history
I think I'll be filling up my bachelor's study in this as well?
What if I have one month gap between 1st & 2nd job? What should I fill for it?
For my current job, should I leave the "TO" box blank since I'm still working? <-- Same question for the address section (12th).

It will be good if CIO overlooks such mistake in Appln Forms. However, it should not be considered as a norm.
I'd suggest don't take a chance/ relax. Better wait for 3-4 weeks (so that they create a record of your Application in their database) and then send the Revised Form with explanation letter and give relevant details of PA to trace your Original submission (better if you have UCI). You have nothing to loose, worst case if they couldn't find your original Apps, they will return your revised form/letter- spasibo.

Many will do this mistake. I am sure, last year many has done this mistake. None ever reported to be rejected for this error. Main thing is that your spouse gaver her details and signed it.

Relax.

Seniors please advise, I make a mistake in additional family information IMM5604 form, in my spouse form I mentioned the applicant details - my details and spouse details - my spouse details, and other information was my spouse information and he signed, but as I understand from posts I should mention the applicant's details - my spouse details in his form and spouse details - my details.
Please advise, if my file may be returned due to this error. Was anybody faced to this problem?

Can anyone ilustrate the whole process once application is submitted specially at what step employers are contacted etc.

My understanding is that CIC will review the application for completion of documentation and fee is charged. After that file is transferred to VO, who does all the remaining process.

@NRI16 the form is only for India, you need China & Qatar gov forms for respective PCC and the embassy may have seperate form to request from outside the country so better call them for info.

Hi Ashif and All Experts,

I have a query regarding changing Passport after completing IELTS.

Actually, my wife's "place of birth" entry was mentioned wrong in the passport, but it is correct in the Birth Certificate. Does it make any problem in future?

Now, we are planning to book IELTS examination for her with the present passport. At the same time she is going to change the passport ( because of the wrong place of birth entry). Does it make any problem if the IELTS Result will have her old passport number ???

Please advice buddies...
