Well,,, I sent my application today, and should reach CIS by next Monday, 12th. Admin, please update my info on the spreadsheet. Also, I typed in New york as visa office, which is not... please change it to CPC-ON.

I'm still having doubts if I'm going to send my application. I received different opinions about my Passport Expiry concerns, mine will expire Dec 2014 and my wife's on May 15, 2014. I'm afraid that 1000 slots will be filled if I'm going to wait for the renewal - like what happened last year.

I didn't see CPP-O, the website showed CPC-Ottawa, ON for applications within Canada and USA.

In the " Supplementary Information "Form and " Background Declaration " forms if the designated area for entry are not having enough space can we

1, Leave the complete space columns blank and enter all the details in the additional sheet or
2, specify half in the form columns and balance only in the additional sheet .

very nervous to make silly mistakes


Please share more comments since i have lot of travel details and it will be a mess if i start filling it directly on the form .

As I understand, CPP is the old name, which has been changed to CPC recently. On the forums it doesn't matter at all, it's the same thing.

Our package is also in Ontario since Sunday 10 PM. I found out that there is one direct flight from Toronto to Sydney NS and it is in the evening. So I suppose it will be shipped today about 8 PM (Toronto time). But it's just my supposition.

I second that..it could be much quicker for hot NOC's...although hoping it isnt...

But last year case was different, only NOC 1112 was there in finance bucket. Since Reference letters are issued on specific request, all Finance related applicants applied under this NOC...despite the fact many are not actually NOC 1112, just by tweaking their main job duties to the description of 1112.

This year, there are about 4 Finance related Occupations & everybody knows by last year exp that 1112 is hot so they'd rather avoid it & apply under their Home NOC category ... play safe !!

i am an ACMA frm pakistan and b.com wes havent yet asked me for hsc and ssc dox why have they asked u have u done ur CA after hsc and dont ve bachelors? but if they ve asked send them they way they require it on their website

it will take too much time to get my docs attested from bise sukkur. its difficult to convince them (BISE sukkur) to send directly to WES. Convincing BISE sukkur mean simply forgetting the immigration process. i m wondering why they require it from me if they havent demanded from you. BTW can you pls let me know what equivalency they awarded to you (ICMA) and did u apply recently (2014) to WES or last year?

i Have three choices and will suggest your input:

1. either dont send them anything relating to secondary school /higher school (bcoz they have asked me to send them rather mentioning that it need to sent by issuing authority (BISE sukkur); or
2. send them attested by notary public only
3. Send them without attestation; only photocopy

4 years bachelors should be 21 points if im not wrong.

Dear Seniors,

Need clarification with the letter received from CIC via my representative:

In the first paragraph it says "We have now completed the assessment of your application and
have determined that you are not eligible for processing in this category."

On the middle part of the letter it says" Your application was received after the cap" (shortened)

Question 1: Did they really check my documents? If they do, should I get a UCI number?

Question 2 : OR Is it correct to assume that they did not see my documents at all since cap is already full.
My file sent on July 2013. My forms returned to me as it was, no other markings/stamp on my documents.

Where can I see my UCI number?

Do all applicants get UCI number on their first apply even if cap reached?
