could someone please advise which is the correct mailing address?

On the website I found 3 of them - I am guessing if I am mailing with fast/certified mail service, the Dorcester address is the correct one.

What do I fill in Payer and Address. Will it be name of issuing bank/agency, e.g. Standard Chartered, Thomas Cook?
Or do I fill my name and address?

quick question.. what if the spouse does not have a family name and only the given name. What shall be written in the Family Name Box. please advice

I guess its "NOT APPLICABLE"... U can try with this...I have been observing similar situation to several applicants... u can also have comments for those who have already submitted....

Both are "NO". 5 is also NO assuming you got no scholarship. Point 6 is NO than Yes.

An applicant getting the following IELTS Score with the corresponding points obtained in FSW Application

Speaking: 6.5 = 5 points
Listening: 8 = 6 points
Reading: 7.5 = 6 points
Writing: 6.5 = 5 points

Total points = 22 points in FSW Application


FOR SPOUSE

Minimum CLB 4 in order to get 5 points in FSW Application

IELTS SCORE FOR CLB 4: SPEAKING = 4, LISTENING = 4.5, READING = 3.5, WRITING = 4

Don't stress on this. CIC will never be able to know who is the payer. You can keep it blank.

I think he is asking if fee payment is possible by a friend instead of Principle applicant or his wife
