Note that it got to be filled by you and your wife separately. When you are filling, you are the applicant and for e-mail, give your wife's. When your wife is filling, she is the applicant and you become her spouse - so then give your e-mail address.

one more doubt regarding sch 3 form last page ...in colum of main duties ....which one is better to write all main duties in form only....or just write attached annexuer nprovide in seperate page.

Friends can u ppl throw some light on this,,
-in My reference/experience letter my job duties are General and very Brief like 4 duties only,will this suffice or can I PREPARE solely on my own Add my additional duties on a NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT and send wid application. coz My manager has moved from previous company ans its been 10 years from leaving that company i am sure they wont give me updated Ref; letter soon.
- my spouse Dont have a Family name on passport but when we are typing IMM008 form on system,it wont take N/A,but even we cam't leave that column blank ,,, really a very strange dllima like what to fill.

Then u may leave the earlier collected ref letter and include a new affidavit ref letter individually....

Thats what is my sugestion....Otherwise Visa officer may confused...

4) stautatory declaration for common law union

Hi

I have a problem. My father's name in my Birth certificate has a 'Jr', but on his birth certificate he does not have any. Can an affidavit that XYjr and XY is the same person enough?
I need this as a proof that he and my aunt in canada are siblings.

Alternatives to birth certificate are as follows in CIC's own words

We do accept Secondary school records that contain the following :

Applicant's Name
Date of Birth
Name of Parent/Parents

If you are not able to provide a Birth certificate with all 3 criteria, we require an affidavit stating all of this information or that a Birth certificate cannot be attained.

So 10th standard school certificate or an affidavit containing applicants name, date of birth and Parent/Parents name should be fine in lieu of a birth certificate. Also you must give reason in a cover letter why you were not able to provide birth certificate and that you are providing 10th standard school certificate / affidavit in lieu of birth certificate.

To receive point: you must provide proof that you have completed a Canadian secondary or post-secondary educational program OR submit an original ECA report along with the proof of the foreign educational credential(s) for which you are claiming point. (IMM5612)

For your case, as I told earlier, you are getting full points for Master degree.

For my case, yes, I need to get the bachelor degree assessed inspite of having Master degree. According to WES, my Master degree is equivalent to 4-year bachelor degree; and my bachalor degree is equivalent to 4 year bachelor degree. So with two 4 year Bachelor degree, I got one extra point.

6. For DD you can approach Thomas cook or Standard chattered. Most other banks , esp nationlized, give DD valid for 3 month only.

If using CC, confirm with your bank if you can do a international transaction and if there are any limits. Also tell them about a expected canadian transaction.

I approached the branch here in Bangalore, they said that it is not possible to get a DD that is valid for more than 3 months (some RBI funda). However, Thomas cook said they could...dont know how this DD thing works

You can do either - no problem. In case you attach main duties, make sure it matches perfectly with reference letter.

I approached the branch here in Bangalore, they said that it is not possible to get a DD that is valid for more than 3 months (some RBI funda). Thought of going for DD but I used CC finally after verifying with my Bank. I enquired with few nationalized banks they said they cant give more than 3 months.

Thomas cook is certainly an option, but heard that Stan chartered is a choice for six month DD..

Do any body knows the process to add missing document in original application....original application is on the way to Sydney NS not yet reached Immigration office....

Can any body help me or suggest me some way out to add document i forgot to include in application(birth certificate) and what are the chances that my application will return back because of this ? I sent marriage certificate which is having D.O.B column...will that work ?
