Hi all,

Could you please help me on filling up Schedule A Background/declaration?

In question 6) d

Do I need to tick "YES" if application for example had returned due CAP closure last year? or should be "NO" because not considered as refused

Please help me.

It should be NO, your visa is not refused.

Experts and Seniors,

State bank of India says that DD validity cannot be more then 3 months.

Which bank shall I select so that I can get a validity of 6 months? How to go about it?

Go with PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK. It has no limit. Me too went through PNB. Even confirmed with bank authorities.

Referring to this page. http://www.servicecanada.gc.ca/eng/goc/repayment.shtml, notice the instruction there it said made the money oder payable to "RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA" so it shouldn't be any problem with or without "THE"

To the spreadsheet admins: is there a way for the participants to update own response after submitting it to the FSW 2014 spreadsheet?

It looks like Google Spreadsheet allows to enable this feature, but I don't see the "Edit your response" link after I've submitted my response. Am I missing something, or can this feature be enabled please?
Here's its description: support.google.com/drive/answer/183417?hl=en

My office is CPC-Ottawa but how should I write it in the application?

Exactly, It doesn't matter. "The" is not important. What matters is its Receiver General for Canada.

Seniors,

your views on the processing time, as per CIC website processing time for New delhi VIsa office has been as follows:

New Delhi – India (22 MOnths)

link is as below : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-fed.asp#asia

As i referring to the correct timeline or it actually takes this much time as i was been told it takes 8 to 12 months for the VISA under FSW from the date of application received

Hi, Im a computer engineer with a bachelors degree and was too late to apply last year. This year it seems that the categpry 2147 is not an eligible occupation. Could I apply under 2281? or do I over qualify?

Dear all, i ve sent my application on 30 April 2014 by DHL. After dispatching found 2 problem. Forget to photocopy Schedule 3 Page no 3 and in the fee payment form wrote my address (i am,the primary applicant).. Payment mode was DD... Guess I am and rejected right??
If your payment mode is DD then address won't matter. And why would your application be rejected if you have not photocopied any page???
