Can i ask for help?
I'm quite confused on the NOC part of the application form. I am a registered nurse here in the Philippines, but the equivalent of my bachelor's degree in canada according to wes is just a 2 year diploma. Will this affect the NOC that I need to enter in my application?

I am actually an operating room nurse and based on NOC my duties falls under LPN which include operating room technician.

So what should i put in 12a and 12b?

Please use ur actual job tilte for this points....that u mentioned on the job reference letter...

I am filling IMM0008 form and have the following questions:

1- My office is CPC-Ottawa but how should I write it in the application?
Is it CPC-O or CPP-O or CPC-Ottawa or what?

2- Does the place where I intend to live in Canada (Question 6 in IMM0008) affect my application?

3- If I choose a place other than Quebec, do I need to answer "NO" to Question 7a in IMM0008?

4- I am filling all the forms by computer, should I use ALL CAPS or just Capitalize Each Word?

5- For Q11 under personal details: should I fill it only if I choose Canada as my current country of residence?

6- Should Q4 under Education/Occupation detail match my NOC that I am applying under?

Can i send photographs which are 7-8 months only.. I dont see any change in me..
Also, there is nothing mentioned on the photographs.. as to if they are clicked at what date..? Please suggest..

I have consolidated all the documents and should dispatch it by tomorrow to nova scotia. Can you please help me with the below :

1) We need to keep documents in sequence as per checklist ?
2) We need not to staple any documents ?
3) Should i differentiate various documents with some small sticky notes just to highlight ?
4) Are we required to mention anything on the top of the envelope i'am sending ?
5) I'am planning to apply under NOC 2171, what should be the skill A or B ?
6) Please let me know if i have missed anything !!!

2. Better to Use paper clips..
3. No need to that, u can include a cover letter before each item of doc checklist (very optional).
4. Ur addrss and CIC addess only
