LHR - 31st May is it not only for the people who are members of this forum? Or is it the actual statistics?

We have members who's applications were received 1 June and got returned so assume that is the global date for last year.

Ok really really NOOB query :D
How can you check how categories are getting filled? Is there a CIC page for that ? Please share. Thanks

I think this time they have split 1111 & 1112 to give total of 2K applications, it would take around 1 month easily to fill those. This time 217* would be hot selling NOC's. what say?

They will update cap status on CIC website.

The dont do that everyday but may be weekly. but gets a little slow as time proceeds :)

Just want to clarify the address where we should submit the application to. Which one of these two is correct?

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
NOC Category, Offer of Arranged Employment category or PhD category
Primary NOC 2011 Code: 2241
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 5Z2
Canada

or

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
NOC Category
Primary NOC 2011 Code: 2241
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 5Z2
Canada

I have couple of queries...
I am an Indian national living in London. My visa is going to expire on May 15th but I would be extending it further. Shall I use LVO or NDVO as my visa office for FSW 2014?

Also, I am the principal applicant and wife would be my dependent. So would I have to show 11,824 CAD or 14,720 CAD?

Yes should be payable in Canada...

Please check the below:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5620E.pdf
It says payable to "The Receiver General for Canada". Doesn't specify that it should be payable in Canadian bank.

Actually, the bank forms I have for this purpose require specific details on the payee, such as Bank Code and Transit No. for Beneficiary account. I will walk in to the bank branch and find more details.

what about NOC 1123? this is the first time i apply and i dont have enough info about the occupations in the past years?
thanks :)

Just want to iterate, please do not do any mistake by trying to match your job responsibilities with just 1111 & 1112, there is also "Other financial officers (1114)" for those who cannot find close enough responsibilities to the first two. So be wise at the time of filling the NOC :D

Good luck

looks the same to me other than "NOC Category, Offer of Arranged Employment category or PhD category" and "NOC Category" which doesnt really matter!
