Many thanks Kollins, the reason is one of the NOC is 2281 which will have a lot of candidates (who didn't fall under CAP last year under 2147).

Then go for the NOC that is not HOT.......leaving the second as an alternative just incase you didnt meet up.
I assumed you have all your documents ready......if yes...send it tomorrow when you confirm the forms have been changed/unchanged.

Hi All,
Our application got returned last year due to CAP being filled in 2174. We are planning to apply again this year. I have two questions.

1. Can we reuse the Emplyment Verification Letters that we got last year or should we get new letters from all previous employers with new dates?

2. We have been residing in Dubai since Nov 2013 but are citizens of India. Should we use New Delhi VO or Abu Dhabi? I think we can use Abu Dhabi only if we have resided in UAE more than 1 year. Can someone please confirm?

3. Should we fill in UCI received with last year's returned application?

It would be great to share this link from CIC, as I don't recall seeing such a rule.

The response given wasnt tied to a rule,he/she gave you his/her honest opinion.
My advice is also that you shoud apply to an NOC where you strength lies!....be it HOT or COLD

make the new letters,it is more appropriate
u can use both of the VO
there is no harm in writing the UCI, but better to keep it fresh

Even if you dont fill it,it will be the same for you.
You only have it attached to your name in this world!

Hi all, I hav a question..

My designation with my previous employer is ASSISTANT SYSTEM ENGINEER..
I was unable to get the reference letter from them so I self declared my roles on affidavit


But by mistake the designation I have mentioned is ASSOSIATE SYSTEM ENGINEER..

so I cant even correct it and make a new document because I got the stamp paper affidavit done from
my home country because the country where im living stamp papers are not allowed..










experts pls pls help me on this

My designation was Operations Officer in an Oil Company where the primary work was supervision of the workers. Later 1 moved to IT ( 2174 ). Seniors please suggest what NOC job code I would be putting for the earlier job ?
