Surely he mentions the NOC code Job title from the NOC code website? and NOT this actual titles from question 12b)?

Question No. 12 a. on Schedule 3 form, the primary NOC code is that particular NOC code you are eligible in out of the 50 eligible NOC codes. The primary occupation that you will fill in form should preferably be from the "Example Title" as listed in website for a particular eligible NOC code. However, if your occupation is not listed in "Example Title" for a particular eligible NOC code but your job duties matches with your eligible NOC code, you can still try your luck by mentioning that occupation.

Your job experience letter must show the same occupation you are filling in primary occupation of Question 12.a.

Hi All,

Has anyone made a Demand Draft from India? I just called HDFC bank and they are saying that any demand draft is valid only for 3 months as per RBI rules. I am stumped by this as CIC requires 6 months valid Demand draft. If someone has made a demand draft from India which is valid for 6 months then please let me know.

Regards,
Monu

Brother.. I prepared the DD last year from HDFC bank and it was valid for 6 months... I even got the amount refunded after 5 months when my file was returned due to cap full...

Not sure if this has changed effective April 2014, however i got the amount refunded in Feb 2014.. Would suggest you to cross check it again from the bank personally...

Hello rawdah,

May I ask your expertise on my case? My current title is assistant manager for product & service. However, my job description is almost similar to Electronics. So can I assume for

Questions No. 12 a) Occupation is Electronics Engineer; NOC 2133

while for
Questions 12 b) Occupation is assistant manager; NOC 2133

Can you please let me know if my understanding is correct as above? appreciate your prompt reply

Regards,

If you are working as Computer Programmer
12a. Computer Programmer : NOC 2174
12b. Computer Programmer: NOC 2174

If you are working as Web Interface Engineer
12a. Web interface Engineer : NOC 2174
12b. Web Interface Engineer : NOC 2174

Need advice on Funds.

1) How old the funds should be?

2) Do they need to be only on your own name or you can show yours parents fund?

Please guide me regarding notarisation/ attestation

1. All doucments copies should be notarised all only docements which are not in english ? e.g my passport copy , resident card copy etc are in english.... they required notarisation or not? please explain ...also exsperience letter i will send original with original companies stamp...is there need for notarisation/ attestation?

Just my opinion...

Dear Brother,

Since notarization is a controversial matter..several times this issue has been discussed on various thread...

I would suggest u to avoid all confusion/controversial matters. U should notarized all the photocopies u r going to submit.

Since notarization of a document will not affect ur file where its not required/but absence of notarization will affect where it is required.

WOrk letters are needd to be sent as copy...not original...:)

Please check at 12 point of Doc Checklist:

well thats conflicting to what was already mentioned on here. I assumed you answer question 12a with the NOC code and occupation with the actual Job Title and NOC you wish you be assessed by from the FSW eligible CIC list. You then state your "Actual job title" in 12b. Also others have mentioned its the Duties which are relevent but not the job title?
