I would be using my American Express card as my payment mode? AmEx people are saying that my card is International Transactions enabled. Guess I am safe here. Please comment.

Yes it should be according tot their criteria... :)

CIC tell:

"G. Relatives in Canada

You or, if applicable, your accompanying spouse or common-law partner has a relative, i.e. parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, brother/sister, aunt/uncle or niece/nephew, who is 18 years of age or older as of the date we receive your application, and who is a Canadian citizen of permanent resident residing in Canada."

If u lived for more than 6 months over their then u should...

CIC tell:

"These documents are to be provided for each country other than Canada, in which you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18"

I hope this will help ...:)

This is a little tricky bro. They have mentioned aunt/uncle but not cousin brothers/sisters. Even if they allow, below would be docs required:
Birth certi of cousin
birth certi of cousins father/mother
birth certi of applicant's father / mother
brith certi of applicant

All this to prove relationship. Other docs mentioned in doc checklist will also be required

You have to provide for all countries that you have stayed for more than 6 months.
So for your case, citizenship country (india) and the current country of residence(where you stayed for more than 6 months).

:D

IELTS valid-2yrs
PCC :

ur PCC submission validity is Three months. So when u want to submit ur PCC u should consider the date is not over three month from the issuing day.

Though PCC validity is One year but submission validity is Three months

Hi everyone,

I have couple of questions:
1. I have relatives in Canada and I want that my docs will sent to them in case of any problems, because it is much faster, what should I do?
2. My son has a mistake in his travel documents (the sex is F), but at the same time he has a valid Canadian visitor's visa in it. So, do I need to explain this situation to CIC, do nothing or not to mention his travel passport in the form.
3. I have a feeling that paying with the CC may be not a good idea, and I asked my father-in-law to make a money order for me. Is this a good idea? Can I make one money order for all members of the family?

Regards
