1) Yes provided the bank account will show the that you own/have the specified amount in your account as at when it was issued/stamped/signed by the bank manager.
2)If you go through the option above,be rest assure to be asked to provide an update of your fund at a latter stage.
3)When submitting, either option will be okay as CIC just need to be sure you have that amount in your account as at when submitting your application.

Well replied brother kollins... :D :D

Dear ashif_eee,

Kudos to you for starting this topic and also providing guidance to others.
Can I suggest we have a template for Frequently Asked Questions and Answers so that we can easily refer to it and we do not keep answering the same questions all the time. This would be updated regularly as required.

Good Idea!!

Actually brother right now i am having too busy...U know that...:)

I will try to prepare with assistance from u very soon...

thanks ashif bhai.. so it means all the remaining docs i listed, except for the passport first page, has to be notarized.. any other document photocopy u suggest me to include in the application?

Also, how to give u +1 rating bro?

Thanks for your response brother. One more clarification though. Below are the list of photocopies that I will notarize and attach with my application:
1. Passport
2. Work reference letter, offer letter and 2 months payslip for current employment
3. Work reference letters, offer letters and experience letters for previous work experience
4. Bachelor Degree transcript, certificate and all semester marksheets
5. Bank Certification/ Account Balance letter
6. Birth certificate
7. Marriage certificate

so, pls clarify if I require any other photocopy (except those mentioned above) to be notarized and attached with the applications. I am only mentioning photocopy doc required, not originals that are mandatory and definitely has to be included.

Just My opinion...

Dear Brother,

Since notarization is a controversial matter..several times this issue has been discussed on various thread...

I would suggest u to avoid all confusion/controversial matters. U should notarized all the photocopies u r going to submit.

Since notarization of a document will not affect ur file where its not required/but absence of notarization will affect where it is required.

JOB DUTIES MUST MATCH WITH YOUR NOC BUT IT SHOULD NOT BE EXACT COPY & PASTE FROM THE WEBSITE.

The safe side is that your job duties should match atleast 60% of the NOC duties and the wordings should be similar but not exact copy & paste.

Hello Friends,

I am applying for this years FSW program under 2174 occupation. I have some questions, it would be great if the seniors could help me getting the answers

1. I have applied for PCC and it is going to take almost 2 weeks more to get it done. It mentioned in the CIC website that i can send the PCC at a later stage. What do you guys feel is it safe to not send the PCC now and send it later?

2. What documents are required to be included for my spouse if she is also added as a dependant in the application? Since we got married recently i dont have her name on my passport, and neither does she have my name on her passport. I have her birth certicate and marriage certificate. Do you guys think we need to show any more documents?

Looking forward to a reply.

Thanks in advance...

Brother,

1. U can submit ur PCC later...No prb at alll...Dont wait for PCC ...submit ur App package firts
2. Ur Marriage cert+ Nikah nama (if applicable)/Notarize will be sufficient to proof u are married..

I hope this will help u...:)

2 quick questions:

a. I would be using my American Express card as my payment mode? AmEx people are saying that my card is International Transactions enabled. Guess I am safe here. Please comment.

b. Questions 12a and 12b of form 'Schedule3':

12a asks me to write my primary occupation and NOC code
12b asks me to write current occupation and NOC code

I would be claiming points on the basis of my current designation which is 'Associate Consultant' which falls under NOC code 2171. Should I write 'Associate Consultant' as my primary occupation or should I write 'Information systems analysts and consultants' as my primary occupation.

Hello Guys,

I am an aspirant to apply in the FSW 2014 program. I have my IELTS cleared with Band 8 and ECA is under process. I have few queries relating to Settlement Fund and Employement Reference Letters:

1) I have around one year old reference letters (sworn affidavits) from my old colleagues; can they be used as supporting documents for employment reference or I need to get a fresh one to apply.

2) About the fund of settlement, would I need to prove it at the time of application? Can property valuation / Gift Deed / PF statement of current company be used towards settlement fund?

Appreciate any inputs.. :)

Thanks,

Manoj

Broher,

1. If u are on the same compnay then go for a newer one...

2. I guess mentioned items are not sufficient for POF..Bank savings/FDR is the best...
