1. i wil suggest u to write for each position even on the same company...

2. Plz try to follow the ref letter duties u are providing as proof.

3. Suggesting u to increase few more points with the exisitng experience on ur letter..

www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=4011

4. Yes all travels.

5. CIC guide tell:

"Translation of documents

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document."

6. Recommendation is to send on 2nd May 14 coz CIC even can change the forms on opening day (as like us FSW13)

Hi, thank you so much for answering all my questions!

With regards to the translations, I meant that there is a copy of the original document included in the translation pack (documents come in small stapled packs each because they are specially verified by a notary).
So I was wondering if that copy is enough , or should I additionally put one more copy outside the translation pack?

Last question if you don't mind, in the Generic form application, point 12 states :
"Previous countries of residence: During the past five years have you lived in any country other than your country of citizenship or your country of residence (indicated above) for more than six months"

I answered "No", because I have only lived the country of citizenship and country of residence, but I am not sure now if I should include them anyway the same way you recommended about the travels. What do you suggest?

Thank you again!!

HI friends,
I have a simple question.....
I wish to apply under NOC 2171 , but the earliest IELTS date available is 7 june...which means i will be able to send my application by June third week.
I can manage ECA, police clearance, etc but with a date of 7 June for IELTS does it make sense for me to apply ?
be frank guys....it make sense to start now only if there is any hope of making it :)

Your NOC falls under a hot NOC category. Nevertheless you should definitely apply because with a cap of 1000 per occupation you never know it might take upto 2-3 months to fill the cap

Found this information regarding the birth certificate.Looks like you can give an affidavit or statutory declaration in lieu of birth certificate.

www(dot)youtube(dot)com/watch?v=j92dQnfXyAU - scroll to time 4:55.

The original video is available in the CIC website and below is the url

www(dot)ci(dot)gc(dot)ca/english/department/media/multimedia/video/complete-application/complete-application.asp

You can search for "Statutory Declaration" in the video conversation log in the same page.Hope the verifying officer accepts this ,fingers crossed

Affidavit is accepted in lieu of DOB certificate. You can go ahead without any worry.

Hi All,

I have a query regarding Experience letter as required for applying for FSW Canada. I have left my company way back and presently don't have any friend or senior working for that company. Is their any possibility that offer letter, appointment letter and relieving letter can be used in place of experience letter as it is not viable for me to get it. Please advise.

Regards,
Genie

No brother those are also required doc but cannot be replaced...

in that case below suggestion can be taken;

"Reference letters in the required format are necessary, please try your best to get them. If after all efforts you are unable to obtain a work reference letter, then you should provide a solemn declaration / affidavit explaining in detail why are you unable to do so. The officers at the VO are aware of the fact that different employers have different policies towards issuing such adhoc letters and may not cooperate in issuing such a letter. Please do attach all your employment records with the declaration. I was unable to obtain a work reference letter from one of my employers and did the same. However please bear in mind that the final decision rests with the visa officer handling your case."

Dear Ashif Bhai,

I'm from BD and I want to pay my fee with my Dual Currency CC of Brac Bank with enough current year endorsement.

Do you know it is possible or not ? Note that, I already did some online transactions with that CC. (e.g- Payment in WES, ACCA fee, etc.)

Or should I go with the DD?

Thanks in advance.

Its better to make transaction from Bangladesh by Bank draft... U can simply go to Standrd. Chrtrd Gulshan,Dhaka branch (with original PP+Generic App form). rest of the formalities can be done on the Bank... :)

1. Completion of a college or other program in computer science, network administration, Web technology or a related field is usually required.
2.Certification or training provided by software vendors may be required by some employers.

Your bank will never disclose the fund info to someone else besides you. So you are on the safe side. But make sure you just send the Balance certificate not the bank statement.

But make sure you maintain sufficient fund and regular transactions (atleast six months) to show them later.
