I have a Very important Question for experts please ..

I'm planning to send my application this week( I'm waiting for the Bank to finish the Demand Bank Draft ) .. but firstly I would like to make sure that I meet the requirements of my NOC .. NOC 3233

this NOC is subdivided into 2 main categories : Licensed Practical Nurses ... & .. Operating room technician

[ Licensed practical nurses perform some or all of the following duties:

Provide nursing services, within defined scope of practice, to patients based on patient assessment and care planning procedures

Perform nursing interventions such as taking vital signs, applying aseptic techniques including sterile dressing, ensuring infection control, monitoring nutritional intake and conducting specimen collection

Administer medication and observe and document therapeutic effects

Provide pre-operative and post-operative personal and comfort care

Monitor established respiratory therapy and intravenous therapy

Monitor patients' progress, evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and consult with appropriate members of healthcare team

Provide safety and health education to individuals and their families.


Operating room technicians perform some or all of the following duties:

Prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving and sterilizing the patients' operative areas

Assist in surgery by laying out instruments, setting up equipment, assisting surgical teams with gowns and gloves and passing instruments to surgeons

Clean and sterilize the operating room and instruments.

my letter of reference has all the duties of Operating room technician ( I mean it matches that found on hrsdc website but of course not copy&paste ) , and it states that I was working as an Operating Room Technician ... but I didn't make any of the duties of the Licensed practical nurses , is that a problem ? am I eligible to apply ? or I should do both duties to be accepted ?

Guys, I really need your help before sending my application .. could someone answer me ?

U should apply from ur current address i.e. Noida office. For how much time have u been in Noida?
Most probably u can just walk in (before that fill in PCC application on the passport website,take a print out of application, phtographs, address proofs , ur original passport .. u can easily check what docs are required while filling the forms from website)

My passport office is dehradun. And current temporary address is of noida... what should i do ??

how much time it takes for MR after getting 2nd line update from NDVO ?

And how do we get MR by email..?

Finally By Grace of God got the golden email from CIC. Yaaay its a PER 8). My Details are as follows

NOC: 4011
Application Recieved: 31 July 2014
CC Charged: 11 Nov 2014
PER: 25 Nov 2014

Would soon update the SS, just give me a day as the link is saved in my office PC (Sorry guys)

Lot of 4011 people are having trouble on reference letter, kindly inbox me, would try to help you as much as possible. (Actually was waiting for PER to give proper response)

online in INR? I thought we had to pay online in CAD (using CC) and INR only in draft form.... ???

No, you shouldnt. My brother called at the following number from canada today and they told him that I will receive email from them within next 4 weeks means 31st july applicants shouldnt lose hope until next 3 to 4 weeks. As a matter of fact I received my PER just today.

Then 1 for foreign affair
2 for immigration
Call is being transferred to CIC
Then 1 for English
2 for status
1 for PR

You can send additional document in a labeled envelop " Additional Documents for application submitted on mm/dd/yyyy" to cio. Make a cover letter and state your concern and give as much as info of your original application.

Also send an email on the day your new courier is delivered with the details of same and send a copy of your cover letter and new form in the email
