In my opinion, even the word "FULL TIME REGULAR EMPLOYEE" is good enough, but other alternates can be

1. Employment Contract (if it mentions your work hours)
2. Screen shoot of ur time report
3. Pay slip (if it shows number of hours worked, but pay slips are to be provided as proof of ur employment, as well)

One of my letter of reference doesnt show number of hours work but it only indicate full time regular employment. Do you think if I submit my payslip together with the screen shot of my time report and contract to support my document would be sufficient?

WES ICAP: WES ICAP (evaluation + verified transcripts) will be sent only to recognized educational institutions and licensing bodies. All other recipients will receive only the evaluation report.

WES Basic: Only evaluation reports will be sent to all recipients (does not include transcripts).

There is WES evaluation for Canadian FSW immigration.....check very well to safe alot of stress.
Th WES evaluation for Canadian FSW will issue you two copies of your final ECA report and also make it available online for CIC to check if they so desire.

Firstly,make sure your manager in Australia is aware of your intention to use a reference letter and if possible,send a draft copy for him to approved.
Secondly,he can either mandate your senior colleague to sign it off on his behalf since he's not around.In this case,his name can either be there while your senior colleague just sign and put "for".
Your manager can also empower your senior colleague t sign it totally with his name on it.
Another option is that for your manager in Australia to do it......he can do this by mail once you inform him.He will either print it out in Australia on company letter head and sign it it off,or put his electronic signature on the reference letter which can be super imposed on an electronic letter head paper onmthe computer or simply ask you to print it out in your current location on the physical letter head paper.

In all,get your manager in Australia inmate loop of your activities regarding the letter so that he won't deny it when CIC sample you out to make investigation.

Anybody in your office can sign it off provided your manager in Australia mamdated such staff to do it.

No its just a label/your address, which they will paste on their own envelop if they need to send some postal mail

Write you address (one in English & other one in official language of your country) on Word. Print it. Cut it in half or envelope size. Put it in envelope & mark that envelope(middle of envelope) as "2 self addressed label". attach it with a blank A4 size paper using U-pin, and put it a the place where it asked.

I'm freaking out right now because I forgot to include "self addressed mailing labels"
I'm afraid they're gonna return my entire application because of that.

Did someone here also forgot to do so last 2013 but was still processed.

Even though you missed it out,it's not a valid reason for denial or rejection.
You are good for PERS provided your application package meet the necessary criteria.

My noc is 0111. BUt during the past 3 (2011-2014)years I've been working as web researcher/data encoder not related to my noc. With regards to my noc, I have worked as an Financial Administrator from 2009-2011. What will I write in my personal history? Shall I write 'freelance' as suggested by one one of the forumers here and also write a letter mentioning that I have been working with this company which is not registered locally therefore u are unable to send any this job related documents?

I'm sure you need the 3 years experience to claim maximum points.
Even if you don't need it,make sure you did not hide your details as CIC are intelligent enough to find out.
Don't worry,CIC will pick out the job descriptions from your list in q12b that matches your 0111NOC in q12a.
Please don't hide it.......infact get the reference letter and include it.

His designation will be under his name just before he signs.
If your manager is already informed,his name and designation will still be written but your senior colleague will sign "for" on his behalf immediately after your manager's name.
The name and designation will be that of your manager but the signature will be for your senior colleague...........please do this only with the consent of your manager.........if he's not aware,its a criminal offence of impersonification of name,designation and character.
Like i said,your manager can do it for you from any where in the world.....internet has make it easier to accomplish.

1.Indians in the forum with this experience .......pls advice.
2.Write the address in the middle/center spread of the envelope with your hands.
Also write your name,contact address and your postcode on the top left of the envelope.
3.Yes......both .
4.You can either print out and use pen to write "till date" or alternatively,type the month and year of your application's date submission......e.g,if you are submitting in June,2014......use computer to type...."2014-06".

what is the source of this transaction ,,,

normally my bank block international transaction.
my bank is asking for the source of the transaction to the bank will not block it.

I want to believe it is point of sale as this will likely be done in CIC office.
I will advise you to tell your bank to expect it from both sources.
