thanks Diplomatru,what do you think about 2171?which month applicants are last counted?

My take on it - the last payment charged, because it seems they did it simultaneously for 2173-2171 with c-check to close cap.

A lot of applicants have reported that their application was cleared and PER issued, inspite of 10th passing certificate missing in lieu of BC.
So Optimist is right in that sense.
I strongly feel that 10th passing certificate (including DOB) should be sent with affidavit to avoid any sleepless nights. That's my view though.

i have submitted Affidavit from my parents with notary seal and sign in place of birth certificate and in our country parents name are no mention in 10 certificate...is it enough??i had even wrote cover letter for not submitting BC coz it was not available at time of my birth as per municipality rule

Lock-in => Completeness check => Cost recovery => GCMS data entry => Eligibility review => File transfer
