YES ...get every xeroxed document attested for immigration purpose...its has a spl stamp. It is mandatory

Every doc need not be attested. Not mandatory.

My friend got his MR/PCC and RPPF request today and in his email he was told to submit within 45 days
But things such as FBI PCC would take 3 months to get, any thoughts on how to extend the date for submission??

Ask for the extension using CSE.

In my ECA, WES has mentioned following Canadian Equivalencies to serveral of my five degrees/diplomas:-

1-Bachelor's Degree Four Years (Business Administration-Finance)
2-Bachelor's Degree Three Years (Computer Science)
3-Diploma (two Years) Electronics
4-Diploma (two Years) Science
5-Seconday School Diploma

Can anyone tell that how many points shall I get for my Education?

My CC Got Charged under NOC 2133 On - 18th November - Exactly after 90 days.
Application Received Date at CIC - 18th Aug.

I have few queries.

1. If CC is got charged means that eligibility criteria are met and probability for rejection will be lesser ? e.g medically unfit etc..
2. Is there any cases (May , June , July Applicants) where CC is charged and file is returned. If yes then what are those possible reasons.
3. What would be the next steps ? After 7 days File no. , & FER + 16 days Medical Request + 13 days Passport Request.
4. What is PER ?

sorry about the news
but can you please highlight that on which grounds did CIC reject your application after your RPRF request?
As far as i know RPRF is landing fees and if they have deducted then your medicals should have cleared without your medical they don't deduct your RPRF
And can you also share that whether you got an email or you got the Delivery mail for your rejection?

Can someone please guide, when i submitted my application i provided UK PCC as i am living here from last 4 years but not provided Indian PCC that time. But i applied for Indian PCC after that and is available with me and now waiting for my MR for last 66 days....is there any chance they can ask me both PCC or just Indian one...plz guide...

Till yesterday DD Encashed date was 27th july.. today i read 2 ppl one of 13th aug. And other of 20th aug.. got their DD encahsed... dont knw how cic is planning their work...
