I have done some research and I am aware of "little India" in Gerrard St.
I am looking more from general point of view. Like here in London, there is an Indian restaurant in almost every street. Even supermarktets like Tesco sell ready to eat curry with rice etc.
Plus there are lots of healthy salad, wrap and sandwich options available pretty much everywhere!

I have been to both countries, so let me give you a simple overview.

"Just pull and stretch UK or expand it... and you have Canada!", same streets, roads but far open.. same quality of life (perhaps better), oh well you will miss TFL (Transport for London) though , since apparently London has got the best Transport system but again you can get around in buses in Canada too

Actually this brings an interesting question into play. I have PCC with my current passport number on it. However I will get my passport renewed next month so when PPR comes, I'll be holding a different passport number, would that cause any issues?

have u used 'representative form'.. if yes, he will communicate on ur behalf at the moment.

u can however change him later, if want to..

Can anybody help me out, I need an official email address where I can submit my query about my case, I have applied thru a consultant here in Pakistan a month before and he sent me some CFN number he called this a reservation number he also charge me 100 CAD for this number he told me that this is a cic fees to get CFN number, I don't know whats going on that's why I need any authorize email to check my consultant, I don't believe him I want to ask from any official representative of cic.

I have submitted my MR today and have couple of questions as below.

1.) Approximate time to have the Passport request
2.) After passport request within how much days one have to submit passport?
3.) At the time of passport request if person is out of India what is the procedure to extend the submission date of passport? (As per the stats from spredsheet people are getting passport request within one month and mostly at that time i will not be in a position to submit my passport)

My NDVO is New Delhi, India
App sent date :- 6-June-2014
App Receive Date :-- 11-June-2014
Medical Request :-- 08-Nov-2014
Medical Sent Date :-- 18-Nov-2014

Through which service you have sent your MR to NDVO ?

As to me it doesn't seem like you gotta be in a hurry with this update as all the personnel, addresses and contacts remain the same. Thus even if an immigration officer decides to conduct a background check he/she will be able to reach appropriate people in your new company.

If I were you, I'd send a cover letter along with a new reference letter or a contract in Jan. Or I'd even skip it.

By the way, how can they force you to change details in LinkedIn? It's not your obligation to update anything on the Internet, isn't it?

I am poor at forecasting but I think he will find himself into cap.

Even though, I am not a good analyst but to be frank it will be tough for you to be there in the cap.

I am from same NOC (2132) and 2nd Oct.2014 applicant but really afraid of being there within the cap after looking at the recent cap update. As we all know that still the applicants from 1st or 2nd week of august are being charged and cap is filled more than 50 %. Moreover, many applicants from July are still waiting.

This is not to disappoint you but making you aware about the probable situation.

I would request you to compare your duties with the NOC 2232 which has ample scope of acceptance.

This is just my point of view.

It would certainly be much lesser than the waiting period for sponsoring you after she has received PR. Its advisable to inform VO about any change in family such as, marriage, divorce during the processing stage. It may delay your by a few months but surely relieve you of hassle of sponsoring a spouse at a later stage.

I applied under NOC 2173 , app reached cIC on 1st August. no CC charge yet and no update from CIC. I called them and they said file is still in Sydney CIC. is there any chance for me to be charged. I have already mailed them on 31st Oct asking for status.

I am sending my MR proof, fee proof and PCC to NDVO. Is it fine if i do speed post or courier is better.
If someone sent their documents by courier , please suggest which courier is better..

Send by DTDC/BlueDart/ other good courier service which is ..... fast, reliable, trackable and authentic

There is no doubt, the consultant is fraud. CIC don't sell any quota or any CFN. Those CAD100 has been lost totally if you are of hot NOCs.
