I had sent an email inquiry on 26th sept with reference to my application which was received on 19th Aug. I had sent additional documentation of my wife's BC to be added to the application. Here is the response:

I can find no record of our office having received the birth certificate via mail as of yet. Your file is undergoing initial processing, unfortunately due to the large volume of application we cannot guarantee that documents sent independent of an application will be matched to that file prior to the assessment or return of that office. I have sent your email to be added to our records.

Should I be worried? The only consolation I can get from the above is that my file is still with CIO. Please advise!

Click Right of Permanent Resident Fee
Fill number of applications and submit.


At the end, you will get payment receipts in PDF format.

Fill the PDF and send your VO.

Dear Seniors ,Seeking yours urgent advice,
I am a 12th May applicant NOC 1114 , received PER on 25th AUG and AOR on 25 Sep . Today I have got a mail from VO where they concerned about my previous job.
‘’ Employment documents from X Bank and Y Bank which you have provided in support of your application are fraudulent. Although these two letters are ostensibly issued by different organizations there are too many similarities to be coincidental. ‘’
1) X Bank (a marketing job for Bank conducted by third party) experience letter issued by my ex boss in banks letter head pad (mentioned the third company name).(The third company is closed now)
2) Y Bank , it was permanent job, exp letter issued by Branch Manager.
One responsibility is common in both banks exp letter. For these two jobs I have only proved the exp letter.
Please advice which doc’s and explanation shall I provide to satisfy the VO.

His app was received on July 14, 2014,
CC charged on October 30, 2014,
ECAS first line updated on November 7,
He is waiting and yet to receive PER mail,

But just checked ECAS now and he can't view the first line update anymore.

Please suggest what to do, he already email to CIO and tried calling CIO but they are not responding on call, no one pick up call.
Please suggest him what to do, he is worried and i am also worried for him ...


What can be the reason that ECAS is not visible now ??

I have tried to calculate in a few ways the date on which I should expect MR!

if you have received PER than send it to your local visa office or you have to inform CIC. You can send E mail and/or Courier to inform same. It is prefered to send courier as it is reliable method.
