You have the same situation as mine. Did you attach affidavit from your parents.

I have not got my APP back so I really don't know whether it will be accepted or not. Most of the time rejection is due to BC and JD.

Anyways start preparing affidavit from your parents. Get ready with a new APP.

What is your NOC code.

Oh God,.. I waited 4 months doing nothing, and just now it stroke me about this Birth certificate issue. NOC 2132, App recv date: 25\07\2014.

Congrats on PPR request. How are you going to send passport?
Do we have to go personally or need to send through courier?
Can you also share sample of mail which you received from Delhi immigration also email id from which you received?

Hi Guys,

I am a August Applicant. I am the principal applicant but just came to my mind now that my wife's passport (which was submitted with application) will expire in January 30, 2015. She has apply for another one and it should be ready for pick up.
Can this be a reason for rejection?

When did you send and receive a response on it? And what was their response if you don't mind?

On first day they found my blood pressure is high, next day they did few more test which includes ECG, ECHO 2d and referred me to a cardiologist.(At extra cost)

Cardiologist gave me fitness certificate that for next 5 years there could be no medical attention required as my heart was working normal.

They also got my creatinine test, and found that my kidney is also ok. They gave me some medication and sent the report to CIC.

They told me nothing to worry about, and yesterday my BP came down to normal.

Sounds great till now.. +1 to you for enlightening me.

If you dont mind, can you please give me the name of the hospital and doctor who gave you a certificate that your heart will be fine for the next 5 years and does not need further attention? I would also like to get a certificate like that.

Sorry to hear about that. I will advice you get a JD for the other 2 yrs either from your HR or a senior colleague if you want the experience considered and reapply as soon possible before December 15th.

Why Before 15 /12 ? I think still anyone can apply up to 24/12 ...

Guys, My application also included BC with out my name. Almost all BC in india will be with out name of the child.

Recently my CC got charged, this is not an issue I suppose.

My Birth Cert doesn't have my name on it either. And that's all I submitted to meet the BC requirement. So far I've made it through to the MR stage.

Ufffff little relaxed,.. thanks for sharing mate +1, I ll wait for a couple of weeks then.
