Hi All,

My application under 2173 reached on 21st Aug, I now see that the CAP is full.
I already have a job offer letter from Canada.. my employer is getting the arranged employment done for me however for now I will just have the application number from HRSDC which I will send to CIC.

My question is how should I sending sending my additional documents so that they can attach to my application before the file is even opened.

I received my second line update on 6th November as - We started processing your application on November 3, 2014
But I am yet to receive MR and RPRF mail.

Should I contact NVDO regarding this or do you suggest to wait..?

Guys! I just checked the " stages of an application" pages.
It says our status" in process" and then "we received your application on... " only says that our credit card was charged successful

This ecas status does not mean we have passed the eligibility review.
And we did not get per email.
now I do worry that something went wrong

Including myself some more forum members has already informed you that though you didn't receive your PER mail you don't need to worry about it as E-CAS showing your application is in process. And you already have UCI number. You have 461 posts and +36 ratings. So my question is how come you not know that it happened to so many applicants and this issue has been discussed in this forum. And why don't you please contact with the CIC and tell them??? you are posting same query again and again. Please do not do this.

Just go to ur country's Embassy and ask them to issue u a Introductory Letter (in Arabic) to the name of Riyadh Police - Investigation Unit (in Arabic its named as "Adalla-al-Jana'iya").

the lower portion of the card as receipt for me and asked me to come again after 4 days to get the PCC.

finally after 4 days (delivery date was printed on receipt) I collected the same hard paper printout which had my thumbs impression and photograph along with 6 or 7 stamps on it. (different departments verified and stamped on it).

P.S: From my personal experience, its available after 24-26 hrs, to be on safe side go after 48 hrs.

Both are accepted and charged. Now I want to cancel one application and continue with one.

Can I get refund for cancelled application?
What is the procedure to ask refund?

Sorry, but you will not get any refund at this stage. So best if you wait now and check which application gets MR / RPRF first. You can then ask VO to cancel 2nd application.

That's all the ECAS says even after PER. So, the status is not a reason to worry about.

Sorry Master, can't agree with you because of the page 292:

"In addition, CR-03 clerks are also responsible for physical shipment of files to Visa Offices on a weekly basis. Once an electronic GCMS file has been transferred, the paper file is forwarded to the courier to be prepared for shipping to visa offices abroad"

And follow up on page 293:

"In addition, PM01 agents are also responsible for electronic transferring of files to Visa Offices on a weekly basis. Once an electronic GCMS file has been transferred, the paper file is forwaded to the courier room to be prepared for shipping to visa offices abroad"
