Try with the German embassy in Delhi who can help you with the translation. Otherwise try the german school on KG Marg (Curzon road) in Delhi to do the translation. I'm not sure what they might charge for the translation.

Hello Seniors,

IF we do not have a Birth Certificate, we go for the Self Affidavit option, want to know if there were applications which did not include the birth certificate. It is now difficult to get a BC in time now. Please help. my year of birth is 1980.

You can get a sworn affidavit made signed by the magistrate. This will work.

I don't find these horrendous at all. Actually, I find this a very safe practice as an organization such as WES will have to safeguard its reputation and conform to all non-diclosure agreements and policies. They cannot afford to have these documents be misplaced and result in client information being leaked to 3rd party. As a matter of fact, I find it stupid on the part of the applicant to send his original degree certificates. A person holding a degree should at the least know the value of his original degree certificates.

Blunder full procedures at WES.
One guy submitted his original certificates to WES by mistake thinking that WES might need originals to verify that copies are taken from the orignal certifiates. Later on after getting his ECA, he requested WES to return back to him his original documents. So read below response of the WES customer service, which reveals their horrendous internal SOPs and mal-practices and negligence towards the documents that we prepare after extremely hard work and paying a lot of money:-

“World Education Services (WES) doesn't require original documents for its international academic evaluation services. [size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt]At WES, it is a practice that all documents, after imaging them to the WES database, the documents are purged[/size][/size][/size]. We only have images of the documents which you have submitted, and we can release copies to you. Please let me know if you would like to receive photocopies of the documents which you have submitted to WES. Thank you. WES Customer Service Department “


EVERYONE BECAREFULL. AND NEVER SEND THEM YOUR ORIGINAL DEGREES, CERTIFICATES AND CREDENTIALS BECAUSE THOSE WILL BE SIMPLY PURGED BY WES WITHOUT ANY MERCY.

Get it now, at your convenience ( i also got it with LVO instructions), otherwise u wud b in a hurry when LVO sends request.

U can get ur PCC in 2-3 days, then u need to get it translated. For sending PCC, I wud sugest u to wait till request from LVO as it will have ur application # etc, which will facilitate them in tracking ur app and putting the stuff together, by sending it before the request u may just annoy the case officer as they usually request "all docs to be sent in single courier" to avoid additional paper work.

Either i replied to your PM (and deleted it as i am running out of inbox space) or u sent it to my duplicate (couple of shah's here) as i just double confirmed, no msg from ur side.

If you would like to pass on Express Entry details to Family and Friends who are aspiring to apply for next year..

Canada migration will be easier and quicker from 2015 onwards as the Express Entry is being launched.
A few points to note:

• No occupation list. Everyone can apply as long as they meet the pass points
• Applications will be in a pool for 12 months and highest scoring applicants will selected from that pool
• Every 2 weeks CIC will select applicants from pool based on points.
• Couple will get more points due to spouse ability.
• Those selected will be invited to apply for Immigration and their case will be processed in 6 months
• Those with a job offer will score extra points
• Allocation for Federal Skilled Workers for fiscal year 2015-16 is expected to be 51000
Economic immigration, which is based on an individual's skills and experience, presents an opportunity for foreign workers and their families to migrate to Canada through a variety of programs. Of the immigrants to be selected for permanent residence in Canada in 2015, between 169,000 and 185,200 are expected to be economic immigrants.
Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) estimates that around 51,000 federal skilled workers will be selected in 2015.
