Hi All,
I have not yet received my PR card as I was required to retake my pictures and send to CIC again. I landed in Vancouver in Aug 31st and I'm currently in USA. I need to travel to Toronto by this month end by when I don't think I will be able to receive PR card.
I know I need to apply for Travel document to be able to travel to Canada by air, which also is going to take long processing time (30 days min) or travel by road (flying to Buffalo, NY and cross border by road/train/rental car) but trying to understand if I can travel by air with my Canada tourists visa (applied previously) stamped on my passport.
If I travel by air to Canada using this tourists visa, do you know if there can be any issues at the port of entry in Toronto or will it be just fine. Thanks.

PER date - 09.09.2014.

Got the appointment for the medicals on 17.11.2014.

No I didn't read all the pages but I skimmed it quickly within 15 minutes and reached at FSW category & read this info.
This document has PNP (Provincial Nomination Program), FSW & QSW(Qubec).

It also mention - if you are ineligible after CC charge, you'll get a refund. I read some discussion on this forum regarding refund, I thought it might be helpful to mention.

I was able to find answer to fee payment question. CIO doesn't need CVC/CVV, as I mentioned before. For payment form to be deemed complete they only require CC number beginning with 3,4,5. See 000269
