Need not to worry,
The ECAS status updates and timing of receipt of MR request are arbitraory. Some get it before status update, some get it right after update, while for others it takes time.
The status usually means that VO officer has "completed" processing of ur file. However, read the following official description of the status. Only the BOLD and UNDERLINED status appear on ur ECAS. Note that officially "processing has begun" but before that "VO's eligibility review complete" (which does not appear on ECAS) says that VO review is complete and request for additional doc (i think MR, PCC etc) has been sent. I think, the request is send to auto email server, which wait for following
The delay usually happens when criminality & security check or review by senior VO officer is pending.
Seniors (Century & Ashif_eee etc) can confirm my understanding.

Any reasons for skipping me??
