Those who have got MR today, Can you please share the appl proc start date ?

ie the date in the second line update of ECAS..

"We started processing your application on ********* ?"

In received MR yesterday. But ECAS has not been changed to 2 yet...

I require your kind help to proceed further.


Am an Indian origin applying for FSW (PR)

My current status are below.

1. ECA is expected to be completed by next week.

2. I lost my IELTS certificate and I had requested for the copy from British Council, which will reach by next week.

3. Notary done for mine and wife's documents
1. Passport
2. Passport pages with other visa and journey details
3. 10th and 12th Marksheets
4. UG/PG Marksheets, consolidated and degree certificates
5. Employment pass of the country where am working currently

4. Reference letters in company letter heads or with the employment ID cards.

5. Birth Certificates

6. IT returns for last 2 Years

7. Photos (8 Nos)

8. Marriage certificates.



Kindly advise me if I had missed something.

My MR request is still not here. Received PER on Oct 17th! Almost a month!!

Kashish Bro .. Average time as seen in the forum is around 45 days although some get still earlier.. you may get any time from now

TO ALL DD APPLICANTS:
I was able to get DD encashment status and date from ICICI Bank. Likewise they initially refused. I questioned what will happen to my money if CIC didn't encash it (and I told CIC is A foreign gov body and would never tell me they did or did not) - What does your Banking Law or procedure say - If a DD is issued but not encashed and if the customer has no recourse to know whether encashed by the beneficiary, then the customer should lose the money????
Then I gave a request letter asking them to decline my request so that I will follow with CIC (I simply told)
Then the next day the Bank called and told me the date of encashment
Good Luck all future migrants.... MIGRANTS CANNOT AFFORD TO GIVE UP!

I had submitted XEROX(Attested) copy of PCC of mine and my wife. Do they request Original after PER mail or at the time of MR.
PCC dated 24/06/2014. Application filed on 9/7/2014, PER on 4/11/2014.

Received My MR just few minutes back NOC4214, June 11 app, 8 October PER, 14 Nov MR

Now i need to :

1) Get medical Done
2) Make a DD of 490 CADS in favour of ???
3) Send bio pages of PP along with cover letter they have sent in email.


Please suggest and correct me where ever i lack

Hi Buddy, You need UCI number which comes with PER. You may have UCI number if you had made any other application to Canadian Visa/PR earlier. Without UCI, you cannot check Electronic Client Application Status (ECAS). Gd Luck!
