Gentelmen please,
I have one simple question
Can someone apply with TEF (frensh) result instead of IELTS??

My application for 2173 reached on 27th Aug but today I found that NOC is capped. Is there any chance for my application or will it be returned ?

Hey everyone. Thanks so much for sharing all the info. Quick question that has probably been answered before! But, Does the principal applicant also need to submit a copy of the birth certificate? I am applying under NOC 0113 as an unmarried single applicant with no dependents. Thanks

Yes, BC is mandatory to Principal applicant and all dependents.

Did they reject it inspite of you providing the affidavits. Did you send the affidavits as a part of the original application or as additional docs.
I am tensed too. I have submitted my husbands affidavit in lieu of his BC. Have not attached 10th certificate!!!!

You are fine krishna. Now chill and enjoy your wait!! But, remember to come back and tell me and forum that you were successful with your application.

No, they wont reject your file, as far as the facts of the recent past are to go by...... Hope your affidavit contains all the details like your full name, date of birth, father and mother name and date of birth.

A lot of applicants have reported that their application was cleared and PER issued, inspite of 10th passing certificate missing in lieu of BC.
So Optimist is right in that sense.
I strongly feel that 10th passing certificate (including DOB) should be sent with affidavit to avoid any sleepless nights. That's my view though.

Hi guys....on the spreadsheet I see that some late October candidates have been charged....specifically for the high demand NOC's...is this true? If yes, I think they are being selective with in demand NOC 's so that they can be capped and done with. Any comments seniors?

Yes, Absolutely. French will be your first language in that case. You can then get 4 points for English as well. Check the following link at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/language-testing.asp

27th Aug application probably should be in CAP. Nobody knows the working of CIC though.
Hope your application sails through.
