To those forumites getting impatient with their wait for CIO processing, let me explain the space-time concept.

There is a wormhole between CIO in Sydney and rest of the world and CIO Sydney is closer to the Gargantua (black-hole). That means, time moves much slower at CIO because of the bleeding gravitational effects of Gargantua compared it does here on rest of the earth. One day at CIO office is equal to one week in the outside world.

Once your file crosses the wormhole (PER), it lands into the unknown. THEY have created visa offices as fourth dimension. Process after PER is unknown to the human kinds, it is all endless universe yet to be explored. There have been positive beacons from some of the visa offices, but they are still not very clear.

Everyone is advised to have both Plan A and Plan B. Plan A is not clear yet, but if it doesn't work out well then Plan B will be the last resort. We are hoping those who traveled thru space-time in the universe and made it to Canada, will provide more information on the unexpected bits of their journey to help us solve the formula to succeed in out Plan A!

I am May 8th applicant , received MR from CPC ottawa and also asked to submit proof of funds again. All my money around $22k is in check in account and saving has only $3k . would this be fine . Checkin account is fine? or do we need to show money in only savings account?

As long as you can establish that the funds are yours....... type of account does not matter. Good Luck!!

Hello Seniors,

My FBI PCC application reached on 2nd Oct and no charge on my Credit Card so far.. any one around that dates got charged already? Every time I call FBI.. I get different answers.. so checking to see what date applications are being processed and charged right now.Let me know if anyone is in the same boat as me(I am aware that this thread is not exactly related to FBI PCC.. And sorry for hijacking this...already posted this on FBI PCC thread.. but didnt get any response.. so posting it here.. excuse me.. )

Just FYI - my FBI PCC app reached on 8th aug 2014, cc charged 7th sept, called up the helpline and got to know the PCC should have been shipped no later than 5th Nov. SO you can hope to sit back and relax for some time as there is HUGE back log.

i am still not able to access ecas, i got UCI from customer service about 2 weeks ago.

Dada, it is my understanding that CAS will be updated on Saturday. I am also not able to access my status now.

Type of account doesn't make any diffrence as long as that money belongs to you.
