Have a small query... after sending my application I called my wife to Dubai on Permanent residence VISA in June 2014 ( 6 Months not completed)

Do I need to update this to NDVO?? If yes, what documents needs to be sent or should I ask them if I need to send supporting documents for this??

To me it is the change of address of your wife. So you can consider updating it. You can provide them updated form like background declaration of her, revised travel form through ecas. Along with this, you can ask them whether any additional documents will be required.

Got my Medical Request. NDVO send my Med req yesterday, but my consultant in Canada forwarded the mail to me y'day late night only.

NOC: 2281
VO: NDVO
App recvd: May 15th.
CC charged: Aug 21th
PER: Aug 29th
Med/PCC/RPRF : Nov 11th
ECAS: We Started processing the application on Nov 07

SS Updated.

The Mail Contents is as below. My spouse stayed in UK for more than 6 months 8 years back, they have asked for her UK PCC also.

In their website it is mentioned 10 working days to get the PCC form UK, ANYONE APPLIED FOR UK PCC KINLDY SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE.

I applied for UK PCC and got it in less than 10 working days. it is a very seamless process and fairly simple paperwork.

I suggest you pay 10Pounds extra and go for secured delivery and you ll receive the PCC through your door in 10 days.

Let me know if you require any help in getting that.

Century just a curious question, what kind of criminality check they do at PPR stage?? coz they already have PCC with them which clarifies the background

I also think the same. As we already provided PCC, they can hardly find any other way to check criminality unless that person is prominent criminal.

If I were you, I would have sent an updated Schedule 3 as additional document.

If they do not add the additional schedule 3 (updated one) that I had sent as an additional document, all i loose is the courier fee, and whatever has to happen in lieu of the schedule 3 sent with the original app will happen any way.

But if they add the latest schedule 3 document to the original application package, I may have negated one potential flag in my application.

but this 10 pound is delivery with in UK only right.. few of my cousins are there in UK, today i will be forwarding all the docs to them they will apply it from there.. sure i will go for secured delivery only..

hope everyone is doing good.

I have a new to share - that the CC got charged yesterday at 2120 hours by Citizenship & Imm FSW.

Details:

Application Date: 28th July, 2014
CC Charge Date: 11th Nov., 2014
NOC: 2281

App. Details :

1. Used my friend's CC (as I don't have one)
2. Have to get the Spouse BC from Registrar of Births & Deaths (as her BC was missing). BC didn't have Spouse's Mother's name mentioned (as the Birth Cert. made during those days didn't have any requirements to mention mother's name).
3. Didn't send 10th cert. for my Spouse
4. Used old payment form (as my app date falls in July and to my knowledge new forms were available in the month of Aug.)
5. All my Certs including Birth Cert carried my name is R Kumar but all my Exp. Certs carried my name as R Kumar W, hence I include both my old as well as new passport copies. I also attached a copy of an affidavit stating name change (this is a copy of an affidavit that i used while i got my passport renewed 2 years ago).
