Re: Schedule A- Background decleration form

Dear Members,

In the Schedule A- Background declaration form - Question 6 (d), ask about refusal of any temporary or permanent resident visa of Canada or any other country. I answered it NO.
But later realized that I have applied for UK student visa in 2006 and got refused 1 time but got 2 time after immediately reapplying.

Please suggest me ...

3 weeks since application sent for FBI check report. But no credit Card charged yet.

I think in another week or so it will change to Completed (Unless they need more information from you)
You can use courier service to get documents reach you faster ...guess cost $85 more
I was in same situation , My WES status showed Estimated completion date as Nov 20th
I got my complete evaluated Report on Nov 10th

I applied WES fir evaluation of my academic degrees. Following is the reply of WES "The estimated completion date of your evaluation report is: December 8, 2014" As we all know that 31st December is the cut off date. I have few question and will request readers to answer them

1- On completion date of 8th December, will we receive ECA reports electronically?
2- Will electronic reports are as valid as reports in sealed envelope.
3- I am in Pakistan and till which date we will receive hard copies of ECA reports
4- How many sets of ECA reports will they send to me.

Guys, I need help to plan my move to Canada..as in the time bit.. The status as on date is..Cc got charged on Nov 3rd..when can I expect the entire process to be over..application processed from London .
Will be very useful to get an estimate.

It's how ecas works. Second line - we started processing your app (AOR/FT). Second line - DM (NER).

Actually my status only shows we received your application, nothing mentioned about we start processing your app.

that means PER has / will be issued to you soon. second line only gets updated when llocal visa office starts processing your application there. after which you will get AOR / MR request

hi....can u please let knw how can we check status without uci code which we get only after PER...

Unfortunately you can not check your ECA status without UCI number, I have mine from the first application I sent in may and was returned to me.

It gives me immense pleasure just to have such a long list of awesome friends who were here to congratulate me once I got CCC. I am really touched and proud to have such an overwhelming support, it means a lot to me. I've given +1 to everyone, but got karmafied most of the time because you guys are so cool, that this 168 hours wait time becomes as frustrating as the whole CIO stage. Please, rest assured that I am there for you, both in PM and here.

A few friends noticed that I have been in the blues lately. The fact is that my students presented poor essays, and for a TA like me this lack of academic ambition in kids is a very unpleasant thing, that I don't take lightly. And then CIO freaked me out, and before long I was questioning my career goals and immigration prospectives. Therefore I am extremely grateful that you came to my aid, and I am smiling now, wishing us all to throw in a hell of party once we get out our immigration visas and reunite in Toronto (?). Love you all!
