what do u guys think about caps mentioned on cic website, are they correct and updated. i am waiting till the end of nov and then i will apply under 2133. do u think iwill be safe if you look at the past record , thanx alot all of u , just wanted to know if the figure is correct that is 353 apps then it will not reach the 1000 cap but if it is incorrect will it reach 1000 by december first week

Do you exactly know why they did not consider the rest of the reference letters? My 6+ years experience is also spanned on Two reference letters :-X but they have almost the same job duties mentioned.

they said that they are not certain that my job duties "exactly match" the job duties explained in my NOC in the lead statement. these are the exact words "..because the employer letters contained insufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or a substantial number of the main duties of occupation..." :-\

Application Received : 28th May
PER : 25th Sep.
NOC : 2173

Its been 20 days since i received my PER. An ECAS update shows "We received your application for permanent residence on June 9, 2014"
When will second line of update be der. And after 2nd update how many days it take to get MR request??

I wud love to Ans these queries
But 1st tell me when shud I expect 2nd line and MR

People in CIC update caps in batches, so I would not bet on that... I suggest applying ASAP, but if you cant.... dont give up... just try your luck

So do you think if someone just copy the exact roles and responsibilities mentioned in the NOC on his ref letter, he/she has better chances to getting through ?

with heavy heart, i want to share one sad news.

I received email from cic team that my application is returned as it is incomplete and is returned on 17 september to HYDERBAD.

Could you please tell how many days it takes to receive the application set.

I have some question regarding RPRF fess for LVO, kindly some body help me in this matter of RPRF

1. I want to submit RPRF through bank draft, is it prepared as, The receiver general of Canada, I am right? Receiver General for Canada
2. I need to fill any form as I filled at first step as a processing fees 550$? NO
3. The address on bank drat form need to fill for bank from where I will take draft, Is High commission of Canada, Landon visa office, I am right? High Commission of Canada to the United Kingdom in London
