How and whom should we inform about the passport change after getting PER?

Hi,

I submitted my application on 14-07-2014. Got an email yesterday from CIC mentioned they have forwarded it to VO. What does that means? What is PER and when would i get PER? I already got UCI in that email.

After receipt of PER you can inform them via sending new passport notarized copy with covering letter about the change...I did the same....before sending hard copy just write an email to VO about the change...

So now the latest charge date for 2173 is 08/11 and 2171 is 08/25>

Should I send them the scanned copy of passport via E-mail? If yes, can you please give me the e-mail Id in which should i send it?

I want to know whether in this form IMM5562E E Supplemnetary Information Travel, it is okay to write N/A or Did Not Travel' for 'Your Dependent Child' - as I dont have child... ?
Please suggest.

Pls tell wht is latest date of dd charged ? I am 2173 7th aug applicant quite worried aswell pls cnfrm If additional documents are send by courier wid all necessary details will it gets added to the file as I send the same in sept 1st week .send email aswell got a revert on 28 oct pls send the email document again ( this was in reply to my email to cic to add documents attached in email aswell) ... I instantly send the documents scan copy thru email and put on subject urgent document demanded. ..
now I am quite confused is tht been added to my file or they will again open the new email after 30 days tym

Don't get disheartened....I am sure CIC is planning to release the Officers assigned for hot NOCs, like 2171 and 2173 after capping for the other NOCs...this way they can reduce the rush of files coming into cic WHICH is unnecessary load on them, in terms of resending all those files later due to capping. This also saves them courier charges which is not small!

I agree it delays the cold NOCs by a couple of weeks, but since overall CIC load of receiving and returning capped apps etc is reduced,, the net impact will be only a few days! Wish you all the best!

I think your words have logic. Lets hope that this new maneuver of CIC will reduce the processing time in the long run..

Don't worry buddy...i am sure u"ll be charged within 2-3 days.
Also, have u dropped any email for inquiry on status of your app....if not I would suggest you to do that or you u can even call on their number.

Very Urgent : HR Manager Resigned, update to NDVO..??

Seeking Urgent Guidance on :

Do I have to update the NDVO as the HR Manager has resigned from company..??
(who has provided me the experience letter mentioning the job duties-
attaching his business card though the letter was on company letterhead
having company's address and contact details)

So, Do I have to send the revised Experience letter signed by another HR Manager..??

One of the best mornings for me as my CC got charged today

M a 25Aug applicant NOC 2171....got a call @ 7.30am from HDFC Hyd for confirmation of debit and within seconds a debit message was there in my inbox...thanks everyone in the forum,I appreciate senior members for their round the clock dedication and support to others.

Guys, I am 8th August applicant and see this today in CC statement. If I am not mistaken my CC has been charged. Can somone please confirm. Can't believe

11/10/2014 CITIZENSHIP & IMM FS Other Services $1,092.13

Just confirmed calling CC company and they did mentioned that transaction is indeed from Sydney, Canada.

Then we have to wait for more than 110 days (and who knows may be more) while others for less than 80 days
