My eyes popped out when i checked th forum now, last night saw few august applicants getting charged of noc 21xx but didnt know that a flood will come overnight for these nocs!! My god!! What s cic doing :'( :-\

Hey ...
I guess its either of the two:
1. CIC has picked up a couple of NOCs and targeting to finish them up so charging CCs for that probably... (they actually could do that with completeness checks, didnt necessarily have to go the CC charging route)
2. Few fake ids have been created to disrupt peace of the forum (more likely)

time will tell how true these posts were ...

Note:CIC is working on selective charging and as such do not panic
if your CC is not charged yet even if you are July applicants.Rate of charging is high for
NOC 2171,2173 & 1112 as compared to others.July applicants should relax as you are
still in the game .

but i got a doubt ... where do you get this information that duration for PER and MR will come down .?.?.?.?
Frankly, please tell me if that's your hunch or validated information?

Friend who has got PER for 15? I don't see entries udpated in charge date estimaes

hi all...As you know i got my visa...now last date of my visa is 28th Jan 2015...So I am planning to Land in mid Jan with my wife and two small kids...I will not be resigning from my job...I can take max 3 months leave...So my plan is:if I get a job in 3 months I will stay in Canada...else I will continue my life in India...So I want to use these 3 months very carefully...

I have two options..
1.Land in Calgary which is good for my profession(Chemical Eng.) and stay there for 3 months
But i have heard that Job openings are closed in Jan and Feb
Also, as I will not be having my own car initially, travel for attending interviews,house search,getting groceries will be difficult in extreme weather of Calgary

2. Land in Vancouver and return in 15 days and then again come back and land in Calgary in may and stay for 2.5 months
Vancouver is not good for my profession, there is little chance of getting a job there. but as its weather is good I think its better for a short landing with two small kids.Then in May 2015, I can come back alone and land in calgary, stay there for 2.5 months and find a job

Don't lose your hope, still there is chance and most of all there is nothing to lose rather gain.........

Guys, need one urgent help, what is the merchant name by whom we get charged on the CC as i need to inform the bank..is it Citizenship and Immigration FSW? Please confirm it asap.

CC Charged, PER is on its way.
NO CIIP has relationship in the approval process. I would recommend you attend CIIP session.

my doubt now is generally it takes few days for DD to get realised from bank. will they consider my application for PER as they get my application or will they wait till DD is realised by them? Im really confused

DD amount will be in CAD so u don't need to worry..

Firstly,without being told working activities are changing at CIC & CHC(VOs).
They are on deadlines which must be accomplished to prepare grounds for Express Entry,Jan 2015.
Why the sudden increases in application handling at CIC and VOs issuing MR less than 6 months as
compared to 2013?

I stayed in different cities in India... Like Mumbai for 1,year, Calcutta for 2 years, Chennai for 2 years.... Do I need to collect PCC from all 3 past cities and present city Bangalore?.... Or submitting PCC from Bangalore alone will do the things........ Your suggestion will be appropriated........ Not to forget I am from Nepal....really facing tuff difficulties filling the forms......

Shall I fill not travelled for supplementary form as I travelled only Nepal and India......
Shall I fill my status for current country of residence I.e. India = free migrant as per treaty.... Or indo Nepal treaty..... Or permanent residence...... Please reply soon I am planning to send the app by Friday......

Additional Dependants/Declaration (IM 0008DEP) ==> I do not have any dependents (status single), do i need to fill this form?

Other supporting documents to be sent for single primary applicant:

Notarized Copy of Passport (Applicant)
Original IELTS
Work Experience ==> Do i need to send the Original or the Notarized photocopy will do?
Appointment letter ==> Do i need to send the Original or the Notarized photocopy will do?
Salary Statement ==> My company sends me soft copies over email, can simply attach photocopies of it?
Original Educational Credential Report
All Educational Certificates & Mark sheets (Notarized copies)
Notarized copies of Fund documents ==> Bank savings account statements and Fixed deposits receipts and bank certificate also can I show my purchased shares?
Notarized copies of Birth Certificates, election card
Police Clearance Certificates ==> skipping this for now due to shortage of time.
Six Photos (right size) (Applicant+Spouse+ any child and (5 must have Name, DoB and Date taken written on the back)) - within small envelop & attached with jems clip in the cover page
Fee Payment Form ==> Any recommended banks and type of DD for this?
