send e-mail at cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca asking about status of your application. Mention your Full Name, DoB, UCI (of you have any), Passport number. Also provide the detail of when and who received your original package as well as name of courier and tracking number.

It will take around 45 days to get response.

Email has been sent a week back and waiting for reply.

Hi seniors,

Greeting,

I am planning to apply next week. I have a doubt regarding supplementary information on travel.
I am from Nepal and studied in India. During this time I travel between Nepal and India 100 times. Also there is no document required to travel between the two countries. What shall I fill now? ..... Please advise..... Also in generic form what shall I show for status as my current country is India and I am free to reside here without any document. Also request you to let me on know about the PCC as the police is not using certificate you me being non indian.... Can I only submit certificate of Nepal when asked by VO later?
Also let me know if it will add value if I show sponsorship letter or support letter from my brother for whom I m getting points.... Just to show he is citizen of Canada and he has bank balance and house to accommodate me...... Please let me know your suggestions ASAP.....

Thanks

Congrats and see you in Canada ;D

congrats and +1 to you.
Ppr along with 4th line update is surely a positive sign.

Guys,

Regarding proof of funds, I have heard that provident funds statement can be used as the POF, if its true then is it necessary to have the same statement of the company letter head, or that can be printed on the plain paper and authorized person name, signature and stamp can be used.

Regards

Dear avk3884 / Vinodh, yes there is a process to check 67 points review, after payment charge & before issuing PER email .
You have to wait atleast 8-15 days after payment charge to receive PER.
All the very best Bro. :) +1 to you :)

Flat will be on my spouse name.

Its is highly suggested to use company letterhead buddy....Otherwise doubt may arise....:)

July 15th DD. I just had a look at my ecas status and it is showing in process.
DD was cashed on Friday per HDFC core team update.

What is happening in CIO?

The update as of October 10 was 5232 total out of 25k Cap. And the latest update on 7th of Nov is 8101. :o

It took 5 months to process 5K applications and it took only 27 days for them to process 3K applications? :o ??? :-\

Moreover they update every week CAP info regularly till Oct 10th. Do not know what heck happened after that. :o

i got ruined because of this and my application is in CIO as of 7th of Novemner.

i was unlucky by 5 days. Otherwise i should not have applied.

NOC-2173

Bad luck :(

Dear All

if i got Canada visa after landing how much time taken by CIC to give PR Card?

around 90 days or even earlier at times

I was going through previous posts, and could find that at around Oct 27 , CIC started charging CC for July 1 applicants.

And now on Nov 9 , we have an update that cc is charged for July 30 applicants.

This means approximately in last 15 days, cc was charged for applicants of a month (here month of July)

With this speed, within Nov, CIC should be finished with CC charging for Sep applicants...!!

I am Oct 2nd applicant, hence I assume my CC will be charged in first week of Dec..

Guys, what you think ? Is above making sense, or it is too much of predication..??
