ECAS show "In Process". It has been almost 73 days and nothing from LVO.

Hi Thanks a lot for the reply. I am applying under NOC category 2172 and only 73 applications are filed as of now.
The main concern for me is whether I can apply in a different country such as Canada as on the document checklist it is written that the CIO-Sydney, Canada can not be chosen as the visa office.

Initially u hv to send ur documents to CIO, Sydney, NS, Canada. In the General Application form IMM 008, u will state the name of the Canada Visa office in ur country, for example, New Delhi for India. U can learn about the Visa Office which handles PR in ur country through this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp
