Another dry day for PPR awaiting applicants from NDVO.

I know there would have been huge burden on NDVO as majority of applicants are from there, but at least start with single PPR

In my office now...will update SS as soon as possible....

Dear Friends,

Urgent

One of my friend want to apply as FSW 2014 but problem is 3 years before he had applied as FSW 2011 with fake experience & his application returned with reason that cap is full. UCI number was not mentioned on letter from CIC. Now this year he wants to apply with genuine experience which is in FSW category.

Can he apply? Does CIC keep record of his previous fake experience? Please reply so he can take decision.

I had forgotten to declare in my application that I was denied a student visa in 2002. Also my job duties changed after sending the FSW app.
So a week back I used the CSE to inform NDVO about these, and asking if any additional documentation is required. Today I received an email from them stating that my file is currently waiting for review and at the moment they don't need any additional documents from me. They also acknowledged the information I sent in the CSE.

Different UCI for all applicants or different UCI for each person included in an application. i think everyone has different UCI because when i called the customer care line again to reconfirm the earlier UCI i was given before, i still did not mention to this lady that i had a UCI, she did a search with my last name, first name, date of birth and country of birth. she returned to say, she can see several UCIs, asked if i submitted multiple applications i said NO, but my wife and kids applied for TRV in september. so they have UCI, which i have crossed checked and found different from mine. so she said well, the one that i see that was recently entered into the computer for an application for permanent residence is ( the same one i got from the last lady i spoke with a week ago) so she said , they should contact you soon., whatever that means. Fingers crossed. so YES each person or member of a family on an application i believe will have a different UCI. i hope this clarifies anything or something. and please NO -1 , I DONT EVEN HAVE enough ratings LOL

Hi there,

First of all the photos which you send with the application are not the same size as passport photos. Pls refer to the photo specifications in the application package

And yes, the photos can be re used as long as they meet the specifications and if they are not more than 6 months old

He can apply in FSW 2014. As his packet was not got opened and verification never happened. Suggest him to be honest while providing information this time. Any fake information given, may put him up in probelm.

Oops, I wasn't aware about that. I heard this from a consultancy and based on their advice I have attached the self affidavit and declaration. I didn't know this would delay my application. Let me recheck on copy of my application.

Sorry to say.... this time I might sound un-sophisticated.... but if you have sent self declared job duties your file will not be accepted.

Kindly stay away from such consultants and use that money for charity.
