Dear Friends,

I need your help, I have received my PER today but I didn't send my Police Certificate along. Do I need to send my police certificate to LVO or should I wait to hear anything from them. I am little confused for the way forward. Please if anybody can help.

Start the process to get the PCC now itself. But do not send it till you hear from them. they will invariably ask for the PCC and give you some deadline.

It's interesting how everyone has a different UCI under the same application. For ours, principal applicant was X, spouse was Y, children were Y+1 and Y+2, but X and Y seemed to have no relationship.

That is 6 pt font (standard is 10). I tried 1 pt and 4 pt but that was the smallest size at which it was legible.

I think there was problem with my reference letter as no job duties mentioned on it....

can you please advise me how you write down your reference letter and did you attached any registration certificate
granted by managing authority....

I recall we discussed this before and many of us told you to expect your application back. Sorry to hear that it has happened, but hopefully you took the intervening time to obtain the required reference letter and prepare a new application. 1113 has plenty of time.

had one more question.
In her scholarship terms and conditions, there is a clause that she cannot change her citizenship/residency status during the scholarship period. So, I thought if it is possible to issue a visa only for me this time and issue for her after two years.

Dear vvv I'll take the visa for her no problem... just kidding... she can do the landing and go back to her country, she wont be changing her residence though.. after two years when she finishes her studies she goes to Canada again but remember that she has to live in Canada for 2 years in the last 5 years so she will have 3 years left after her studies to live in Canada at least 2 years.

I think thats the best solution... also you can take the residence and 1 year before or so that she finish her studies you apply for her Canadian Residence (Familiar Reunion)...
