How I will get my ECAS or UCI as I had sent the form by Courier and I only have the Delivery report of Courier Company.

Ok, welcome to the real world my friend. please add details on the spreadsheet in my signature below

once your file goes through completeness check and receives positive eligibility. you will be assigned a UCI for your application and then your fees (DD/CC)which ever way you paid will be charged. Then you will receive a mail from CIC with your UCI number

How to contact NDVO? Anyemail id? and can we use the online CSE inquiry for the same? also, can we update them by sending hard copy of the documents thru courier?

NDVO can be contacted though CSE and you can send soft copies through CSE and should also send hard copies also.

Received RPRF request from NDVO today...

App reached to CIC Sydney - 28/May

PER email received - 24/Sept

Unknowingly, I had done upfront medicals in April prior to sending application. Sent medical information along with a cover letter within application set. 3rd line added in ECAS today that 'Medicals have been received'.

I have been asked to pay RPRF only for spouse & myself. I understand that it is not applicable for my 4.5 yr old child. Someone please confirm.

Also, I have been asked to provide 'COPY of ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE' of child. Has someone else also been asked for a similar thing ? Also, I understand this as photocopy of birth certificate only. Why are they asking this even if it (a copy) was provided along with application itself.

Hello Guys, I am bit confused. My app was received on 22/05/2014. DD Charged: 10/09/2014. ECAS updated as 'In Process'. But I haven't got PER yet. I contacted CIO and they said, your file was transferred to NDVO. Now, NDVO has emailed me that:


This application was received in New Delhi on September 24, 2014 and is currently in the queue for review by an officer. As soon as that review has taken place, our office will contact the applicants if any further documentation or information is required.

On every email they mention Application No: E000*****

I am not sure what that means ????? Have I already got PER and overlooked my emails or they are still verifying from my employers and academic institutions.

Hi guys...... My CC got charged 1100CAD 10 minutes back.... I got out specially to inform everyone on the group..... My happiness is beyond par..... I couldn't tell anyone at work so got out to tell my wife and you guys...... What a relief....!!!

I don't know if my new payment form was added or not but I still got charged....! Yippee re!! . This is just awesome.... I was giving some training at work and got out and checked my phone.... I literally yelled YESSSSS in my team's sitting bay......!

Been an uphill ride with roller coasters here and there so I need a lot of +1s.... Show me some love!

Congratulations on getting MR and arrival news of new family member, Yes, please tell them about the news via mail and they will put ur file on hold for the time being. Its imp that you don't get her medicals done at this stage as it can harm the fetus. God bless the new one

Sure I will. But, file on hold is for spouse or spouse and principal applicant as well. Can principal applicant submit the MR leaving behind spouse or should it be done later??

July 16 applicant still waiting for DD charge but I have a question for a friend.
LVO sent medical and RPRF request with option to pay online, but no instructions.

Anyone paid their RPRF online please advise how to do so.
