I' am not able to open the "table with sorting" tab in the spread sheet, it gives me this error "Type mismatch. Value Fri Sep 26 2014 13:26:42 GMT+0200 (Egypt Standard Time) does not match type string"

Yes i used the same address given by NDVO which I believe has PO box address. I read somewhere on thread that security guards sign for it.

Hi, this might be a new case:

I applied for FSW from India and given my medicals from Toronto (currently on student visa)

DVO have asked me to tell the panel physicians to sent the results to Delhi immigration office.
However, PP said that they have an electronic system and by default medical results go to Ottawa CPC and they cant manually send it anywhere.

I have sent an email query addressed to both these offices, so the medical results and linked to correct file.

Any similar case or suggestions ?

This is not completely true. The medical center just does the tests requested by CIC and they write down their opinion. The results are then reviewed by Canadian physician if there are comments from the medical center and might even request additional tests. Medicals received means they received the results

I have applied for Birth Certificate and it’s going to take approx.. 1-2 months or more.

Should I go ahead and submit my application with 10th Certificate. My father’s name initials along with surname are written on it, instead of full name and surname. However, my Passport and marriage certificate has his full name and surname.
Is that an issue ?

Yes because I did not read it through and when I found what I was looking for I printed it as a label and sent my application. I discovered this forum after that and realized that the address for courier is slightly different. I hope so this doesnt gets my application list.

cic is not updating the caps , it was updated till 3rd oct,
1 month passed.......

CIC what they are doing,,,,, I feel it will hit upto 7500 and also will bold one wicket of one prime NOC.

I need your help with some questions... i am yet to apply... and i do not have my wife's and my son's passport with me.

1. Can i include them as "accompanying" in the form IM0008 but tick the box that they do not have passport in the form IMM0008? Reason will be given as Passport applied for.
2. If i do so as mentioned in 1. then will that have an impact on my application's acceptance?
3. What if, if i include my wife and son in the form IM0008 but mention them as not accompanying.. will that impact the chances of getting PR for them later after i get a PR.

My problem is - i can not apply for their passport now as it will take too long for me to get their passports. Kindly suggest.

Do your wife and kids have passports and you just don't have access to them right now? Or they actually don't have passports?

If you just don't have them, get them. If they don't have them, apply immediately. You need to enter their passport numbers and you need to list them as accompanying. Yes it is possible to change their status later but you are introducing complications. Just enter their passport numbers.

Now this is what I don't like. Every Monday I get -3 for no reason, is this what you get for helping others. I don't mind if someone gives me -1 or -100. But give me the damn reason, so that can improve on where I went wrong.

P.S. I am also following ratings for other seniors as well, and happening with them them too.

It's just some bitter person who signed up under multiple accounts to neg people. Don't worry about it.

It is not only you but Ashif, me, and probably Future and others in the -3 list ;D ;D ;D ; he opened 3 accounts for this purpose. It is his psychological problem where he is getting pleasure by inflicting pain. The more we discuss, the more that he will get happiness.

Jango did u send with ur application the medical support/report (invoice receipts) that you got on that day u made ur medical exams? I made sure I asked to the receptionist to get copies and attach to my file , X ray, chest and Blood , plus a paper where it shows your profile.
