Hi,

My work exp is like below:

Company A Database Engineer From 6th May 2007 to 31st Mar 2010

Company B is established as separate company from one of the dept of Company A

Company B Database Engineer From 1st Apr 2010 to 19 May 2010 (Only 1 month and 19 days)
Company B Specialist From 20 May 2010 to 4th July 2012


For Company B work experience letter, can responsibilities be mentioned together for both designation? As Company B Database Engineer having same responsibilities like Company A Database Engineer which is already mentioned in first company's experience letter.

Please suggest

I'm not sure i understand your request very well but i'm sure my answer should be of help.
If you need to claim points for your job descriptions in company A and B,you need separate letter of reference from the individual companies stating your job duties regardless of the fact that its been done in another company.
Get two separate reference letters for them with the duration of the former one.

Let a senior collegue of yours in the company to attest to it and do an affidavit for the scenario.Also,include a cover letter to explain why you did affidavit for your Job experience in your formal company.

Hey Jango1, mine was not the problem of resume, I incorrectly mentioned some date in cv. Here is the background:

Relax....you were not meant to send your resume in the first place and I'm sure its not gonna work against you.
CIC will access your documents based on the documents they specifically requested from you....your resume wasn't even optionally requested so Calm down!
