I think the biggest reason for rejection at that point would be security check failure.

In most other cases, if they have questions, you'll be called in for an interview to clarify (and of course they can reject if you fail to clarify to their satisfaction).

Thanks bud. Do you live in MD, because I see the flag? I used to live in Western MD for over 10 years. Beautiful state. The reason I'm asking is because I'm worried about NOC. I've applied under 1123 which is such a broad NOC (Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising), and it was hard for me to cover all these areas because my work was in product management - marketing. However I did receive PER and my file has been transferred to VO. I just hope they won't change their decision based on NOC. Now it is the waiting game to receive MR.

Sorry for the false hope. I tried to give a wider range, so that folks from 1st july whose apps have not been charged yet wont get disappointed, because, if history is any indication, there's still a good chance that their apps will get charged soon.

Yes sir, I'm a Marylander, and you betcha, it's a beautiful state.

They won't just reject it. They may call you in for an interview with more articulated reference letters (a guy recently reported an incident like this), and ask you to justify that you fall into the right NOC. Don't worry you'll be just fine.

I had sent an enquiry regarding the status of my file to cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca. I have got an email from them stating that my application has been received and is in the queue for processing and they have given a nine digit file number for the same starting with 'E'. Can anyone explain the significance of this?

Dear Senior Members,

Please help me, I need your advice. I try to contact London Visa Office to inform them about the changes in my employment. I received two mails in response. One was delivered to my Inbox stated that "we have received your mail...". and the other one in the spam stated that your e-mail was not delivered because the receiver mailbox is full".
