REPOSTING TO GET A WELL EXPLAINED ANSWER

My thoughts on this:

1. I think even before you change your name on passport, you need to change your name legally, only then it will be changed on the passport. Not only that, you may have to change the name on lot of official documents.

2. What is the issue with your current name? If you dont have a surname, you dont have. I dont see any issue with it as far as my international experience is concerned.

I believe it is a lengthy legal process involving lot of hassles, might delay your future visa process.

You can take opinions from few others who have experience in this.

Can anybody please help me?

I did not disclose all of my assets at the time of application filling; I have one land which I purchased in my home country, which is not disclosed.

Is it a problem and will lead to rejection of my application. I only declare my bank balance which was meeting the minimum fund criteria of CAD 18,097

Please advice.

I dont think it will lead to rejection to your application on the basis of non-disclosure of land as assets, only thing which leads to rejections would be not providing proof of minimum settlement funds required for application as mentioned by CIC......Thanks.....

With the grace of God....I received the request for MR / RPRF/ PCC from NDVO today.....SS Upadated.

This is really such an amazing forum to have in this decisive journey of our Candaian dreams.....

I have a question to ask:

UCI # on Medicals letters is different for each one of us, though the file # remains the same for all of us....

Is it normal or there is some discripency in Medical letters with regard to UCI no's ?

Ofcourse the UCI number will be different for each of you. So it's ok and have party.

That acknowledgement is good news buddy. And people are waiting for that for 4 months. After that your file gets transferred to VO.

Hi to all,

*Are credit card debts considered part of the liabilities? Or are liabilities personal loans?
*Should my liabilities be included as spouse of principal applicant?
*What are fixed deposits? Are salaries considered fixed deposits?
*Are short term loans (loans that are going to be finalized mid next year considered liabilities?
*Should those loans reflect what he still have pending to pay or the total amount the bank gave has on the loan?

With only my husbands liabilities our financial history looks like this:

Assets: 22,000 (bank certificate)
Liabilities: 6500 (not payed by assets, payed monthly by salaries)
POF: 22,000 (bank certificate)

*Should we write a cover explaining that those liabilities are until mid next year and what they are? and explain that the POF are not going to be used for payment of those liabilities? Do you think our financial history will affects the outcome of the application?

*Should my liabilities be included as spouse of principal applicant? - If you are also applying to go, then he should show it as liability
*What are fixed deposits? Are salaries considered fixed deposits? - Fixed deposits are time deposits which are locked for a certain period of time. Salaries are not fixed deposits. You can show them as liquid cash though.
*Are short term loans (loans that are going to be finalized mid next year considered liabilities? - Anything you have to pay back to others is a liability
*Should those loans reflect what he still have pending to pay or the total amount the bank gave has on the loan? - Liability is what you owe as of date not what you owe when you took the loan.

With only my husbands liabilities our financial history looks like this:

Assets: 22,0000 - Is this separate from the proof of funds shown below? Then it is fine.
Liabilities: 6500
POF: 22,000 (bank certificate) - If this includes the assets above, you need to deduct liabilities and then show the balance as POF.

*Should we write a cover explaining that those liabilities are until mid next year and what they are? and explain that the POF are not going to be used for payment of those liabilities? - Always a good idea to write a covering letter. This will leave no room for speculation on the part of visa processing office.

You will find in net that ppl have done themselves or from police stations etc .. believe me dont take risk. spent that extra bucks and get it from a cunsultant
