First Of All i called them and they told me if you are out of Canada you should contact by Mail but at I think i have chosen wrong transfer number, so I tried again many times they said our agents are busy and switched off, Finally i reached some one after entering my Application number and Year of Birth then CIC representative asked for some information then ...waiting and they told me your application under process and your UCI number is .....

So, basically in your case your application number helped you to get to the correct person. In my case I have applied through a consultant....he did send me the completed forms to verify the info at the time of applying......is there any way to know the application number or do you think that consultant would probably know it since he sent my application?

I am 12th June applicant for 2173. In the same boat or I shd say lil worse than urs . ??? ??? ??? ???

However, I checked with my bank and my DD has already been encashed on 7th October .

please advise if I can update the payment information that was submitted in the application document (Credit Card Information).

I have to update my payment information because the bank informed us (My sister as card holder) that they ended their contract with the current credit card company (Master Card) ,that was provided on the application and we received a new credit card ( Visa).

How can I provide the new card information to CIC

Yes, yes,.....YES! Long wait ended with an email recieved today(29th October, 2014)from NDVO for medicals, RPRF and PCC.
Since I am travelling, admin pls update SS sheet.

Yesterday while having chat with one of our forum mate i came to know that it takes almost a month to receive WES report by "normal canada post" in india. Did someone receive earlier? mine is dispatched 19 days back.

Hey Mate,

Prepare a covering letter and mention that you are sending them missing form now. Cover letter should contain all your personal details (Name, DOB, Address, Contact Number, Passport Number, Date of original application received and who received it).

Alternatively send them and email (scanned copy of cover letter and wife's filled form) from your email address that you have mentioned in application form. Ask them to confirm that they have put additional form that you are sending them with your original application.

I sent some additional documents too, and alternatively sent email as well. They replied to my email exactly after 31 working days confirming that the additional document has been attached to original application received and that they will consider this when evaluating my application.

please, momnani could you inform me when did you send your additional email -was it after more than 6 weeks of your first application had been sent or less as my application was sent 4 weeks now and I have read that they will not respond if your application is within the last 6 weeks .
also , I would like you to send me the right email because I am confused - is it FSW-SYDNY OR CIO- SYDNY. I applied under federal skilled worker program . thanks

I wonder when CIC will update cap status. It's now been 19 days since last update. That's basically forever.

Hi Palak...

While reading your that post.... a question jumped up in my mind....

I filled my application with my wife and a daughter as a family member... I got my PER email and so have an access to UCI no..... but that no is only allocated to me...and I don't have any application no (UCI no) for my wife...

Do I need to worry ??? Or I am matching an apple with an orange case....???

Pls help....

UCI # is allotted to the file of the principle applicant - not to each member of the family. Relax

Truecaller told it as "CIC Ministry" number .
Excuse me .. What's this ? does anyone have an idea regarding it .
